Perhaps I was NOT CLEAR REGARDING SAFETY ISSUES. There was a woman detoxing from alcohol. They released her from detox and she had two seizures two days in a row. We the patients had to help the woman because the tech said they are NOT legally allowed to touch the patients. I saw a woman stop breathing at 4: 30am the paramedic arrived 40 min later at 5: 10 am. I saw a patient also released from detox also sent to my cabin that was talking on a tampon under the impression it was her phone. She truly believed her son was sleeping in the cabin with her and started taking pictures with her hands. It took staff 5 days to move her. No incident reports. No phones on the cabins for emergencies, no techs on the cabins so it was complete chaos nightly.
For those of you that have endured this “facility”. Unfortunately the patients, patients families, and spirit have been held hostage by this. Their website is a lie, the place is absolutely unsafe, you will be kept against your will. On a mountain. Now for a solution. Call your insurance. Explain the experience for lack of a better word. Contact CARF INTERNATIONAL. The certification is expired. Ask for a surprise inspection. This place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I am posting for a friend who had a seizure in this place and no one helped him n now he is permanently brain damaged Please do NOT go here. The doctor's at home here said that his seizure was left unattended for an hour and he lost oxygen he was healthier at home n working before going into this hell on earth. He was a drinker but functioning now he can't even walk

Place is like a concentration camp, horrible councilors, im not even home yet, still in the car driving but can't let this go. I've seen small dogs fed more.literally ran like a jail.all groups ran by clients, staff horribly rude, only way to get anything you deserve to get at the rehab is freak out.if you are trying to get help don't go there, all they care about is getting your money!

I did detox for five days (my withdrawal from alcohol was dangerous) and I stayed in for an additional 31 days, I have very few if any complaints about the program, the only thing We had during my stay was a tattoo gun and ppl stealing, F* stealing, but I can’t stress this enough the program and lessons they taught did change my life I’m 17 months sober but they need to better the screening and overlooking staff, small group and big group were amazing, if someone did not find the help they needed here please don’t give up it’s out there, and the knee to knee thing I keep seeing on this review unit two was like college dorm plenty of room three beds too a room individuale bathroom, several common areas, WDR saved my life

This place is the worst facility I've ever been at in my life. The staff treated myself, and others around so terribly almost noone made it past detox. Please if you are seeking help, go any where but here! I have been in treatment before and I've always completed but this place was so god awful. Also when I was leaving one of the stuff said to me "You must want to go die". That was so unprofessional and when you say those types of things they can trigger someone or just bring them down more, whether it's mentally or however. Also I have items stolen from me, and the place is absolutely filthy. I watched the cleaning lady, and she doesn't clean the bathrooms. Maybe mops the floor but the whole place is disgusting. I would of rather went back to jail and detoxed cold turkey then to ever go back to this place where the staff makes you feel so more worthless and useless then what we addcts already feel. It's heartbreaking.

Husband been up there for a week trying to get a hold of someone left several messages and nobody has gotten back to me, can someone please be kind a give me a Direct number for a counselor or someone thank you appreciate it
