Restaurant White Swan reviews
16Too noisy. Couldn"t even here the waitress it was so noisy. Install some rugs might help some. Food was good but will not come on back. 9
The burger was great and juicy.but a little too juicy that the bottom bun was soggy. The Santa fe chicken needed salt and the French onion soup was ok, just a different flavor than we were expecting.
Waitress was fantastic. Food was very good, but they were out of several items we planned to order
Super chill spot, good prices and menu. Staff are very friendly! Additional parking available, well kept and clean. Perfect little corner spot to chill or rally for a game.
Mediocre food not impressed. Slimey salad greens, watery mashed potatoes, over cooked seafood.
Server was the only good part
The place has great burgers and salads. As for main entrees, consistence between cooks is lacking. Therefore, after several attempts we stick with take out burgers from this place or the crab cake.
Stopped here with 4 friends for lunch after a long day at the Lititz Craft Fair.
Great food and awesome service.
Tylia was very friendly and a great waitress. Anticipated our every need. Highly recommend!
Always a good place for a get together. Plenty of space for our group and others. Everyone can find something they enjoy on the menu. No complaints on anyone's food, only compliment. Everyone had a great experience.
Had been here many, many years ago and decided to go with my wife and friends. The inside was very nice and we all loved our food. We all plan to go back again
Good place if you know what to get. I recommend the cold or hot sandwiches and the wings. Also, always upgrade to sweet potato fries over regular fries.
This was my 1st time in the White Swan, and I was thrilled with the experience.
The food and the service were excellent, and I was able to enjoy the Trivia night that is on Thursday evenings. I suggest everyone should try this place at least once and then you'll understand what I'm talking about.
We had an enjoyable experience. We ate outdoors because we had the family dog with us. The food and service was good. Our dog was served water and even a bit of bacon, with our permission! I would recommend White Swan!
Good all round selection of drinks, snacks and food.
Attentive, friendly staff.
Only four starts due to shuts early every night!
Always a pleasure when we have Lizz as a server. She's attentive, Johnny on the spot when we need something, mostly another beer for me! She's our favorite server. Had wings and a cheeseburger. Wings were great. Will be back for those when i have the hankering. The burger was delicious! I added onion to it but no need to add ketchup (i did to a bite but only to verify i didn't need/want it). It was juicy and appeared to be hand -pattied. Again will be back when the hankering occurs. There are other good servers there but if you get Lizz, you hit the jackpot!
It all depends what you are looking for.
We stopped by on a Thursday evening, expecting a quieter post dinner atmosphere. Unfortunately we happened upon trivia night. It was packed and loud, and we ended up in a small room with 7 or so loud patrons.
A bit of bad luck i suppose. The place looked nice and perhaps on something other than trivia night it would be quieter.
Service was on the slow side (expected when the place is packed) but was lacking in other areas - not offering to refill my empty water glass for example. Could have been better.
We decided to go with several appetizers as a meal. My wife got the peel and eat shrimp. It was not good at all. The shrimp was tasteless and limp.
The pub fries were hot and fairly good, but not the best I've had. We also got nachos grande with chili, cheese, jalapenos, etc. It was good overall, but the chili that was on it was overcooked and dry - as if the leftovers from the bottom of the pot.
Perhaps if we had gone at a different time, or ordered different stuff, but while not bad, it was a forgettable evening.
