Whitehall Turf Equipment Inc reviews
17Purchased an Echo PB-9010 backpack blower from their online store. The item was shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition.
I Dealt with Jim, purchased a Toro Single Stage Snowthrower had it put together and they put gas in it, A nice place to do Business with.
Needed a part for my log splitter, I honestly wasn't sure what I needed but when I explained what it was the guy knew exactly what I needed! They have everything for chainsaws, splitters, mowers. The guys that work here definitely know what they are talking about. Very knowledgeable staff. Would reccomend if you need any parts.
Probably one of the better places to get parts and service for your mower and power equipment in the valley
If you like having your mower sent in for service and repair and it sits in a warehouse for 4 months with absolutely nothing done to it, then Whitehall Turf is the place to go. When April rolled around and we hadn’t heard anything we followed up with the service department. We were told the part needed “ wasn’t available anywhere in the country” and it wouldn’t be available until next fall!
Guys there are always helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. Thanks again gentlemen. I'll be in next week for my hedge trimmer.
Friendly service, great selection, and better prices than the big box stores. Even put it together and made sure it was running correctly.
When they charge $80 an hour to work on any of your equipment I think that's a lot but they did have a good inventory
Great place, really! They did not have a part we needed but went to the trouble of finding a place that did. Wonderful place!
Best place for lawn equipment parts & service. Great customer service with knowledgeable friendly staff.
I went in there with a starter and battery I presumed were worn out. They tested both for me and informed me that my old parts were fine. Didn't have to buy new ones. Saved alot of money and made me very happy.
Chivalry is dead with the men who work in this store. Had to struggle getting my mower in through the door while everyone stood there and watched. And when returning for it I had the same trouble getting it out of the store and had to lift it into my car by myself; not one man offered to help me get it into my car. Being a Senior it was difficult and ended up hurting my back.
Went in for a new mower today and I'm completely satisfied.they are very nice helpful people. Honest price and quality equipment! Highly recommend this place! Don't waste your time anywhere else!
Knowledgeable staff, lots of parts on hand. I ordered several snowblower parts (had broken bearings, gears, belts) and they arrived within days. I was surprised how quick the parts arrived considering that everyone is buying snowmachine parts right now and the shipping delays going on world wide. Great local shop, certainly recommend.
Went there to purchase parts, and some employees not wearing masks while interacting with customers. One guy (owner?) sat there drinking coffee while interacting with staff/customers without wearing a mask.
Terrible customer service. And the prices are way higher than elsewhere. Everyone was rude, on the phone and in person. They said they had the two parts I needed and upon going there to pick them up (a 40 minute drive), they only had one part. After I went to pick up the one part that was hardly useful without the second part, I called to ask for the serial number on the part they were out of so I could find it elsewhere, the man on the phone was extremely rude and acted like he was having to go out of his way to assist me and gave a HUGE attitude and was extremely rude. My family will never be returning to this business or buying anything from them again.
These guy's KNOW the business. Made a visit in what I call the off season (not grass cutting season).
We tuned our snowblower ahead of the storm scare the local forecaster were predicting. Now all we needed was a cover to keep it from the elements when not in use. Because my husband said we needed it NOW I passed by EBay & made the trip 2 miles downtown.
A trip that turned out to cost me 3 cents more than EBay. Goes to show you the local establishment's are aware there is a bigger monster out there just waiting to devour their livelihood.
