3Very Very Shady. I was trying to buy a mobile home and had the cash But they wanna put a lein against it. Makes no sense and when I was trying to understand it by asking they told me they canceled the deal. SO that was all the answer I needed to confirm Very shady!

The owner Allex is a total snake who is only interested in money doesnt care at all about his tennents. Hes costed me literally 20 grand total and i couldnt be any happier im finaly free of the stupid callifornia water and there outragious fines and rules. Good luck to anybody moving into there. I got one peace of advice. Read the lease very carefully
