Whitey's Garage, Beaver Falls PA

My daughter was driving from Cleveland when her car began bouncing and was difficult to control during a snowstorm. I directed her to this garage being it was close, and there weren't many other garages shown. I called the garage when she arrived and they we the kindest people. They took immediate action and met her in a nearby lot to do a quick visual, and he helped calm her. He then took it on a road test, brought it into the shop for a more thorough check, and discovered a broken belt in a rear tire. He made sure all the lug nuts were tight, and sent her to the local tire shop, reassuring her it's going to be alright. This is service that goes over and above, and I am grateful they were there, and were such good people.

Very friendly staff. Im new to the area so finiding a great local garage was on my to do list. Prices are accurate with a lot of other garages. They get right to the point and get to work. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment there and they even started early. Waiting room is in the garage, so you can even watch them work on your vehicle (if there isnt another vehicle in front of you) I highly recommend them.

Top notch recomend them for all repairs. Great bunch of guys working there. My new go to mechanics!

I recently moved back to beaver county and was steered to Whiteys from tags and registration, So glad that happened what a great place great honor great Mechanics definitely my go to place from now on

Went for brakes and rotors, ended up with 4 trips back, burnt rotor and they cut off my ebrakes to make the job easier. They asked if it was ok to cut the cable but I was on the understanding that it would be replaced. Just left the cable wrapped around the frame. They removed it the rest of the way on the 3rd trip back for overheating brakes but never fixed it. Went back 4 times. I was polight every time, the owners remark when I asked about the ebrakes, "well, if you want to be picky about it". I understand mistakes, but the attitude and refusal to fix, even when documented on their receipts is unacceptable.

What a sham of a business! Told my husband to replace the battery in his truck so he did. Turns out it was NOT the battery, it was the alternator. They have no record or proof of testing both parts either! Keith just said “we told you to POSSIBLY replace the battery”. So, he is hiding behind that word “possibly”, making him feel like it’s not his fault if that was not the correct diagnosis for the problem. When I confronted him, he just kept saying “I don’t know what to tell you” What a joke! Will never return to this shady place.

I have taken my car to Whitey's for my vehicle inspection and emissions for over 10 years and I can't recommend them enough.

They have always been fair. I take care of my vehicles well and regularly inspect them for any problems. That being said, I know before I take my car in that it will pass. They never have tried to push things I don't need or nitpick (Take it to one of the dealerships next door and they will recommend replacing parts whether you need them or not).

They are a mechanic you can trust.

Everyone was very nice and courteous. Price for work done on our vehicles was good. Didnt have to wait along time for our vehicles to be finished. Would recommend them to anyone

Worst service ever! Replaced my brakes and broke the ABS system. Initially lied about reviewing the brakes. Told me it would be weeks before he could look at the brake system.after he broke it. I paid him almost 1000 dollars, and now I have to go to a new mechanic and start over again. Please go somewhere else and save yourself drama!

Very good customer service. I will give my business to them over a dealership any day. Prices are a big thumbs up.
