9We reserved a F-150 Lightning through this dealer but ended up getting a lightly used returned model instead (Ford bungled their reservation process). Diana Wade was great and the purchase was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. All our service goes here and their department is great.
If I could give 10+ stars, I would! I was in an emergency situation trying to get my car into any shop with openings, but everyone had a 2+week wait. But when I called Whitmoyer and talked to Jennifer in service (give her a raise because she is incredible!) she was able to schedule me for a next day appointment! Jennifer and the team at Whitmoyer, from the bottom of my heart, thank you a million times over.
What a great group of people. I recently purchased a Bronco from them. They are passionate and knowledgeable, but not in any way pushy. If you're in the market for a new car, you should at least reach out to the folks at Whitmoyer. Diana and Lance are the best.

Whitmoyer is a great dealership, I'm not a fan of dealerships but they are friendly and down to earth and they're service department is the only ones I'll trust with my families vehicles
The service department is polite, professional and upfront. Tori is knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner and explained clearly.
Called the dealer about driving a GT350 they have on the lot. While I understand their side of the argument of not letting someone drive their “sports car” inventory, I’m not sure how they expect someone to work numbers and commit to buying a $67,000 car (with tax) without test driving it first. To be fair, I would likely not have purchased the car this day, as I would like to cross shop it with an M2 competition locally, but without being able to drive this car, it’s likely neither sale will happen until I can find a dealer willing to let me experience the vehicle. That being said, the salesman I dealt with on the phone was very courteous in explaining the situation and their perspective. I’m just not sure how they can expect a consumer to commit to price without having ever driven a vehicle like this. For sure I will prioritize buying from a dealer who does let me drive the car.
Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I never feel pressured about suggested services. They keep you updated and were finished with my car sooner than expected.
Just picked up our new Ford Explorer last weekend from Whitmoyer and I have to say it was a great experience from beginning to end. Diana was awesome throughout the entire process of ordering, keeping us updated on the status, and delivery. We have purchased several vehicles through Diana at Whitmoyer and every time have been easy and low stress which is not always the case when shopping for vehicles.
