We just came over from trader Joe's where employees are ALWAYS jovial and sincerely happy people. Then, at Wholefoods, not a single employee even looked at us when we spoke to them. They all seemed so overworked and unhappy. Also, with New Years only two days away, they had zero large hams - only sad, overpriced deli ham.

A lot of organic products, some were well priced while others were over priced. This location can get busy pretty quick. Modernized with the touch screens. Great customer service (some times). They need to inforce the social distancing and mask wearing more. See something say something policy. Fast check out. I wish that instead of having to use the app to verify prime for discounts we should just be able to give them our phone number or email. I would never eat the food from here because Each time I come here the people making the food were not wearing gloves (aside from the sushi lady)

I love this store. You will find whatever you need. It's crowded alot on the weekends. No mask mandate. Aisles are small. So be prepared.

I arrived at the store at 11 a.m. On Thursday, December 9th. I wanted to have breakfast before work, as I usually do. Unfortunately, I couldn't do it because there was no ready-made food, there were also no salads and soups. I left saddened.

A decent WHOLE Foods, no coherent floor plan and many rude employees, walk right in front of you, check out clerks who don't even speak to you. I only go here for certain items and this location is more convenient. Was living in Georgia outside Atlanta last year and I really miss the WHOLE Foods I went to there.

Good products, pleasant and professional staff. Layout of the store is horrible and can be a frustrating experience especially when the store is crowded.

Love the food, the variety of nutritional supplements, the service, thereis so much about this store, I haven't even seen yet, it's all good, healthy and fresh, and great presentation. What more can you ask for.

Today was my 2nd time getting food from the carry out restaurant. I've purchased the plant burger and today the funguy spicy sandwich and loved it! Spicey of course.

Kim's help was great and her demeanor was top notch

Thanksgiving for 12 to go. Very easy to just heat at home. Turkey wasn't quite as good as doing it the hard way but so easy and most liked it.

A Very nice and clean market with quality food! And I love the Amazon part of the store where you can return and I believe pick things up.

I can't believe some of the employees have a job here. I spoke with a man named Robbie about my issue and he treated me in such a rude and patronizing way. I know I won't be coming back to this location that's for sure.

Downhill since Amazon took over. Ive walked into many Whole Foods and this one has gone downhill like the others. Hot food and cold food prep looks terrible. Workers there use to be engaging and service friendly but not anymore.

I've been purchasing a variety of birthday cakes for years from the Jenkintown location. The cakes are always fresh and delicious. Each of the cakes were made with quality ingredients. I usually order the strawberry shortcake, the chocolate mousse, the Chantilly cake, and the vanilla butter cream. The carrots cake is especially good and it's made with real carrots; raisins and walnuts, topped w buttercream icing. This bakery competes well with well known bakeries in the area.yet half the price!

Well first off, I’ve been a huge fan of Whole Foods for over 30 years, but when Amazon took over it went downhill quickly. It’s now no more than an over priced grocery store. Staff is not as friendly as they were prior to Amazon. Back in the day, WF would allow you to try something new for free to make sure you liked it! That’s certainly gone now! Prices have always been a bit higher, but you felt it was worth it based on your experience there. Now I just feel ripped off! Additionally, the app is nice for saving a few bucks, until you realize WF know more about your shopping practices then you do! Scary right?

Whole Foods rarely disappoints and the Jenkintown, PA location is no exception. Calm, and cool with well stocked shelves and food that is always fresh and high quality. The produce is my favorite section of whole foods because it is always fresh (by east coast standards). There is a decent whole body section with vitamins, cosmetics, make-up, and more. The bread and baked goods section is well stocked. There is a new plant-based “burger” station that looks divine. We were full from dinner so we didn't try it but we will be back for sure to try it. People on line were singing it's praises. A few things that could use an update: the store has no self-check-out registers which is a bummer since a lot of people like the full contactless DIY grocery-shopping experience. Also, it would be nice if “new” items were somehow highlighted so shoppers were aware of their debut.

Love it - but the customer service desk is often unmanned - which can be a little annoying, but otherwise great staff and good food.

I took a friend there to pick up some items for her daughter's birthday on Sunday. The store is the bomb and has a wide selection of products to choose from for persons with discriminating tastes.

This is a smaller Whole Foods location. The store is clean and usually stocked. They sell a wide variety of items. The service is exceptional in all of the areas. It’s easy to find an employee if one is needed. At times the prices are too high. Most people who shop there know this already. The prepared foods counter moves slowly. Although it’s usually worth the wait. Not always though. The parking is good. The parking lot is clean.
