Whole Foods Market reviews
15 Just had to return an Amazon package for exchange.
This store doesn't have brand name products.
Whole Foods has gone downhill.they're not so "nice" and cleanliness needs improvement. I love their Italian Wedding Soup but if you get there after 1pm it's gone and they don't replenish. What business doesn't assure the favorite soup is not available terrible, and it's not just Jenkintown but Gynedd also.
Beautiful store, big and new looking. Fresh hot and cold foods for takeout. Checking was quick and easy. Whoever set this store up did a great job
I ordered a yerba mate ice tea with strawberry syrup. Its so good for such a low price.it was about $3 for a 16 oz. The cashier was very nice to me:)
Clean, nice produce, great fish, great meat, good variety, nice cheeses, little expensive, fast checkout.
I only stop here once in a while. Last three visits, last three items purchased were stale: fritters hard on edges and dry, brownies dry and crumbly, pound cake dry. For the prices charged definitely not worth the poor quality. No thanks.
On June 28,2023, at 07: 46 PM, I kindly request that the cashier at position number 2 receive service training.
She haphazardly packed my belongings without any thought.
She overturned the soup container and carelessly placed the eggs on top, so I had to repack everything myself.
She treated me with a deliberately rotten smile. I would rather prefer an expressionless face.
I don't expect her to treat customers kindly. At the very least, please communicate the need to pack with some thought.
She is the worst among the whole Foods employees I have encountered. She is even worse than the Giant Mart employees next door. It feels like she's a racist.
Her behavior of scanning me from head to toe is extremely rude, and it seems like she hasn't received proper education.
One of the best grocery stores in the area. Nice and helpful staff. Indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy a healthy meal.
Not only are the employees not interested in helping customers checkout they make sure they do it with a snooty attitude. And having 20 self checkouts where you get to do someone else’s job for them there’s not a single one that accepts cash. And the actual checkout for cash is only one person so you get to stand in line for a half hour. I asking a cashier if she was open and was promptly yelled at and told loudly she was going home! How dare i ask the queen of cashiers if she wanted to do what she’s paid for. I merely came in to get sugar free cookies i cant get anywhere else and at every turn was treated like i was imposing for trying to give someone my money. I promise you this will be the last time i ever make any kind of purchase at a Whole Foods. As this wasn’t my first unpleasant experience at one of these stores. As a business owner myself there’s no way on god’s green earth I’d allow employees to treat customers this way, especially when there’s a competing food market 100 yards away. Im done with stores like this that treat you like they’re doing you a favor. And there’s plenty of other people i know feel the same way. You’ve lost a customer for life and I’ve cancelled anything that has to do with this corporation including my Amazon account, prime membership and credit card. Can’t wait till something better and more polite replaces you snobs!
The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious. All who work there are very friendly and accommodating. It's a pleasant place to shop for seafood.
While less about this store as a whole, I want to give specific praise to senior leader Megan for her hard work today. I drive 30 minutes to get to this store for a very specific brand of milk for my toddler that I can only find here. Today the internet was out, so no electronic payments could be processed. Even though I am sure the situation was overwhelming, when I went to customer service Megan (I hope I'm spelling their name correctly) gave me undivided attention and made sure that I was taken care of. They deserve recognition from senior management for not only handling customers but also smoothly transitioning the staff under her to handle the abrupt change as well. Thank you.
Well kept and friendly staff. Love the cookie bar and hot bar! I stop here often for a meal on the way home.
They have everything we need it's a clean store and every time I go there they have a very nice young lady named Holly that is always so nice to all of her customers specially people in special needs.
I had a very disheartening experience at this location today, which is my regular Whole Foods. At the fish counter the customer ahead of me asked to have the skin removed from their salmon portions (after they had already been weighed and ticketed skin-on, as is standard). At my turn I asked the attendant what happens to the skins, that were still on the counter at this time, and was told they get thrown in the trash. I asked if I would be able to take them for my dog and was told I would have to pay for them - even though the cost of them had already been included in the previous customers ticket. As a company that has a whole page dedicated to their mission to reduce food waste I was shocked that I had to double pay for scraps just to prevent them from ending up in a landfill. It would be nice to see these offered to customers instead of tossed in the trash.
Had take out.when you check out and you cold and hot foods together in your box do you check out hot? Or ciod in the screen? Does it make a difference?
