Lauren Juarez is simply the best! She has the intuition, education and patience to identify problems/injuries and works to make it better! I have seen Lauren for corrective work (low back, shoulder, knee), scar mobilization after multiple abdominal surgeries and most recently lymphatic massage before a complicated meniscus (knee) repair. Let me tell you, the treatment Lauren provided made all the difference in my recovery. I had no post op swelling which lead to improved range of motion and a quicker recovery. She will always be my go-to therapist!

I received the Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Massage - 90 Minutes with Amber, it was awesome! I have to admit I am a massage addict but this was my first time with this type of massage. The pressure was perfect and gave a lot of relief to my tight muscles. I highly recommend this service!

Once again Lauren Juarez for the WIN! She is my go to whenever I’m experiencing pain. My body is on the go all of the time and her expertise, knowledge and skill set is incredible at keeping me moving. My knee was so sore and would give out at times and I was concerned I tore something and even afraid of needing surgery. Once she accessed it, she knew right away it was neither. After some cupping, exercises and taping my knee felt amazing and I was right back to it! She is great at educating you and using her multiple techniques and skills! Highly recommend!

I've had ongoing Bilateral hip pain for years with my left hip being replaced. I'm a PT and an LMT myself so truth be told I'm picky when it comes to manual therapy! I'm also very active so I've seen countless local PTs, Chiropractors and Massage Therapist over the last 8 years. I had deep tissue with Emily and it was amazing! It's the first time in years, someone really got into my hip capsule, my SI jt, and all my deep external rotators. I was able to lift weights and ride my Peloton without nearly as much discomfort. Hands down one of the best sessions I've ever had. This is the only review I have ever left after a massage. Highly recommend!

I saw Lauren today for the first time for chronic shoulder and lower back pain. I can’t say enough good things! Not only does she massage, she uses targeted movement cupping therapy, which is amazing. Lauren is very knowledgeable and explains everything throughout the session. We talked about exercises I can practice at the gym or at home that target weak areas in my back. I’m excited to do these exercises and am confident I’ll see improvement in my next session with her!
