I would rate zero stars If I could. I've never had a good experience with this God awful place. The tellers have been rude to me every single time when I have been nothing but nice. They've gone far as to hang up on me after I got 5 words out if a question. They sre unfriendly, rude, and honestly you can tell they literally just want the money and nothing else. They never answer their phones either. You'd have a better chance getting a text reply from an Amish person than having a good experience at this place. I will NEVER even attempt to patronize this establishment until I get an apology for the horrendous staff.

It was great overall experience! I’m glad that I’d set my new banking with widget. With the help of the worker Greg Barney Jr.really helpful all around.

I can not tell you how thankful I am to have been banking with Widget the last 20 years. It has always been a great experience, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had to get a mortgage through Northwest because Widget isn’t currently covering New York and the experience was terrible. Thank you for being great Widget!

Extremely welcoming atmosphere and employees. Cheryl was genuinely sweet, and made us feel like our business with them matters. The matters of our life were important to her to hear about and learn. The process for our loan etc was seamless and quick. Thank you from both Jennie and I for this opportunity to work together!

Brenda Coleman is one of the most amazing humans I’ve ever met! SHE ACTUALLY cares! Widget is like a family! I trust Brenda more than I trust my family of origin. Brenda is always there for me. Brenda calls me back the same day and she follows up with email. She listens and she understands. I used to feel like such a GOOF when asking questions but she’s been so patient with teaching me, she makes me more free to ask. NOW, I FEEL CONFIDENT in banking SKILLS! Brenda has taught me about banking but also proved to me that I’m RIGHT about business! THE BEST businesses ACTUALLY CARE! You can hear it in Brenda’s voice! You KNOW when Brenda calls you that she cares! If Brenda doesn’t have the answer, or she doesn't have the ability (due to her position at Widget) BRENDA WILL get the answer or the right person who WILL be able to serve you! Brenda is a RARE one of a kind lady and I pray she one day will receive the money she deserves! (I LOVE YOU WIDGET FAMILY BUT THERE IS NO WAY you could pay Brenda enough! SHE’S PRICELESS! However, if I had millions of dollars right now, (instead of a few years) I’d give Brenda MILLIONS!) Brenda is worth it!

My experience happened when I pmet, Josiah Baldwin and he helped me to secure a mortgage. I recently returned to, Erie and began the search for a place to live. Since I had my vehicle loan thru, Widget I had experience dealing with the credit and loan. So, It made sense to me to work with them to obtain a mortage. I contacted Widget and was transferred to Josiah in the mortgage department. Couldn't have been a better contact for me. He was knowledgeable, patient and concerned about my interest in obtaining a mortgage. Always looking out for my best interest he took a very personal approach to my situation and needs. He is a true asset to the organization and Widget is fortunate to have him on their team. It was an absolute delight having him represent me and he continues to help me with all my concerns.
