Rude employees, especially the big blonde woman. The hours they have online are not true. I came in at 8: 20 thinking they close at 9 because that’s why is written online but this women rudely kicked me out.

No bank cards allowed, but you can write a check. I would think a bank card is instant approval, but anyone can write a check and it can bounce! It's 2020, catch up!

These people who work there are Very Nice and Knowledgeable and Very Patient. Thank You so much. I have been going there for many years.

The lady was rude and short with me. She cut me off to say "I got other customers ahead of you i thought this was a simple notary question" wow, not a good example of customer service

Pam was very knowledgeable and gave very thorough answers.she volunteered useful information and even knew about out-of-state purchases and transit tags. And alerted me to problems I would want to plan to avoid with an interstate purchase! Really appreciated her extra efforts and details on my behalf!
They also have great hours and are open till 9 p.m.

I have always had a great experience here. The staff has always been helpful and quick to serve!

By far the most knowledgeable notary in the county and has been for decades, it would never even cross my mind to go anywhere else!

As other people stated, it's kind of dirty, hot, and smells bad.but I had no problems with the employees acting rude or anything. It's a tag agency, you're only in there for 10 minutes. Apparently they don't accept cards, I didn't see any signs stating this, but I wasn't looking because I knew to take cash.

This place is OLD, SMELLY and STUFFY inside along with RUDE & LAZY employees. Also the “Vice President” that sits in the back corner and doesn’t even have the decency to look up and greet people who walk in, what a joke! I will never step foot in Wiggins again ️️️

I'm a business owner and have several vehicles I need registration renewals for every year. This year I need to get CDL compliant with one of the vehicles registration. First the girl at Wiggins assisted with and supplied the paperwork I needed along with what information I would need to proceed. I filled out and had them send the paperwork in. A month later the state had still not sent my paperwork. I went in and once again the young lady checked the computer for me and printed out my registration along with giving me the proper sticker. I've been going here for years and as an intelligent adult I understand they are at the DOT mercy. They've always been very helpful and I appreciate what they do. PS I've been on business for 16 years and still don't accept credit cards and never will. I'm not going to give up 3% of my money so a client can be convenienced. I understand. Keep doing what your doing Wiggins I'll keep coming back.
