Took in a gold finch I had found on the ground unable to fly. They do require appointments, this is due to the fact they are volunteer and have limited staff. I was relieved to be able to give this little bird a chance! Thanks guys.

Horrible attitude. Old lady with bowl cut acted so inconvenienced to do her volunteer job. I will never go back here and I’m never donating.

One of the best shelters around, quickly took in the orphaned baby possums we found. Very helpful.

Wonderful volunteer. Took a squirrel there who got hit by our house, he just seemed to have broken leg. They took him. They do ask for a donation, but they help alot of animals. We also donated the cage. Hope Bucky makes it. That's what the kids named him.

Best place on planet! I had no one to help me with this bunny I found that someone hit and left and I called a couple vets around me in greensburg to help this animal and put it down because I knew no one would be able to help it and they all said no which I thought was disgusting I assumed that vets like all doctors took some sort of oath to not leave a distressed animal or hurt animal to suffer and die but apparently not. Im from Erie and a vet there did do this for me when I found a baby bunny who’s back legs got hit and there was no way to help, but the lord was with me and this bunny because I found this place and the woman who greeted me was the most kind and caring person I have ever met she gave me a hug seeing how upset I was and even took the bunny when i had nothing at that time to give because all I had was a credit card I think her name was Elizabeth and I doubt she knows what she did for me that day but it was a whole lot and I won’t forget it. I will donate as much as I can as often as I can because this place is amazing and not many like it.

The lady was *not* nice to me on the phone-not even a little bit. However, don't let that discourage you from contacting; she did rescue the box turtle I found on the street without any donation from me. She cares about animals, for sure. Thank you for your help, WWI.

Very kind and helpful people. Called with a sick Robin fledgling that was sitting in my yard looking pretty rough. They told me they were full to capacity but called back in a few minutes to tell me they could take a sick bird. I have no idea if the little guy made it or not, but I was so thankful to have a place to take him for care. The location itself is bustling with happy wildlife, so make sure you drive slowly if you come in!

Wildlife rehabilitation organization. Non-profit. They accept injured birds, squirrels, possums and other small wild animals into their care for recovery and eventual release.
