The nicest orthodontist and staff! So many times you go to the doctor or dentist and they rush you through without explanation of what you are doing, but NOT at this office. The staff was polite and took their time with every step. Dr. Buttenbaum was friendly and answered all my questions during my consultation. It was a really positive experience!

All 3 of my children go here. Dr. Buttenbaum and his staff are always kind and responsive. They make their office a comfortable and fun environment, which is important considering the amount of time you'll spend in an orthodontic office throughout the course of treatment. My kids enjoy going in for appointments. As a parent, I enjoy how well Dr. Buttenbaum and his staff communicate treatment goals and progress. The financial staff also makes navigating insurance coverage and HSA reimbursement a breeze.

Both my daughters are under care with Dr Buttenbaum, and all I can say is that I’m so happy that we’re able to get his service even though it’s an expensive affair (as it is anywhere!). Everyone from the front desk, accounting, hygienists/assistants to Dr B.himself are just amazing. They really care about their patients, and just goes to show you how a private practice should be run. Even appointment rescheduling is never an issue. Just great service from start to finish!

Everyone at Buttenbaum Orthodontics is great! There are closer orthodontists to us, but we choose to go to Dr. Buttenbaum because of him and his staff. Office is always perfect. Have two boys currently being seen for braces and pre-braces. My one son has an extremely small mouth and they took the time in a consultation to answer our questions and my son’s. Highly recommend!

I'm actually writing because I am very impressed by the way Buttenbaum handled an email I sent. I emailed them showing concern about their balloon give-aways / hand-outs they offered at a recent event, citing the concern for the environment and animals impacted by balloons that mistakenly get loose. They could not have been more kind to reply and say they were grateful this was brought to their attention, and they will look into a different give-away for future events. Thank you, Buttenbaum, for taking the feedback of our community and turning it into positive action. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work!

Super professional and friendly staff. Helped me all through the process from braces through retainers and are so accommodating!

I had an appointment just for a consultation today! I arrived and in no time was taken back to get my pictures done and to speak with Dr. Raymond Buttenbaum and another nice lady. After asking if there would be any way to fix my two front teeth (either farther in the future or whenever), which were more prominent towards the bottom edges, and needed to be shaved down. He asks me if I have five minutes. He fixed my biggest insecurity throughout my whole life in 5 minutes. He worked a miracle! He helped in more ways than I can express! The sweetest people work here, I felt so comfortable in my time there.

Very intelligent staff and they work hard for good results for each client. I had braces for many years and now have a very well aligned teeth!
