First let me say. This was an amazing experience!

Second, the main reason I went with will and chant was because someone always answered the phone! Being that you are selling a house this is an important, wait the most important thing! I couldn’t imagine if it was difficult for me to get ahold of my realtor, then what would potential buyers go through.

When I say that Will has great attention to detail this is what I mean. Knowledge of a specific area. Growing up and living where the house is being sold. Knowing people on the community. Those are all things you will get when you hire him!

Results are the absolute must in the biggest transaction you will ever have in your life. We wanted the house sold in a specific time frame. We were guided on how to get that done. To sell a lake house at the end of the season within 45 days was amazing!
