Easy access to people of all kinds, disabled or not. The travellers info booth was easily located as well as the kiosks

Grand & cavernous railroad station built by the Pennsylvania Railroad, right up there in size with Grand Central Terminal in New York City.

We had time to admire the vibrant window murals at 30th Street Station when we picked up a friend visiting from the Northeast. The brightly colored vinyl murals by Adam Crawford will be on display until winter 2024. This station is clean, well run and the folks working here are friendly and helpful. The station offers easy connections to SEPTA and to the regional rail. Parking can be stressful here. We've generally been lucky in finding short-term parking for a quick pick up and drop off. Do allow extra time if you're driving here during the commuting rush times. Traffic backs up.

Extremely clean. A lot of employees attending to the whole area. Security presence. Of course, it’s a beautiful building! Signage about the history, too.

I love taking the train from philly to Atlantic City. The architecture of the station is beautiful. I love the old-school wooden benches, as it makes me feel a part of history. Bathrooms, food and drinks are always available.

Very nice, clean and safe station. The employees were very helpful and explained everything to us. We traveled from there to Atlantic City by NJ Transit. Tickets can be easily purchased on site. Please remember that information about which platform the train will depart from is only available 15/20 minutes before departure. There is a large souvenir shop and a food court on site.

I love 30th street, it's so beautiful! I got coffee, a book, caught a bus and later got my Train home.

30th Street Station is a gem in the Rail System of America and arguably the station that packs the most punch of any in the entire country.

Penn Station in New York - well we know what happened to that - the new train hall there is nice but it can never replace what was lost nor does it fix the basement below MSG. Grand Central doesn't serve Amtrak so it doesn't even really count. Union Station in DC is fine but it feels underutilized with many empty spaces. The great stations in Cincinnati, Kansas City, etc. - all shadows of their former selves.

30th Street Station is still full of life with dozens of local and regional trains coming every hour. It feels like a real train station for a real city. Every corner of it feels like it is being utilized and its a great asset for the city of Philadelphia. It's far from perfect - it has many of the same issues that affect other train stations and public spaces in the city and country - but if you are used to those things, this is one of the best stations the country currently has to offer.

Biggest issue is the lack of direct connectivity to the Subway and Trolley Lines of Market St. Let's see a better connection built.

Trek the trail of railroad style and profile, while you'll enjoy the sights of mother nature and man made development!

Improve the restrooms and add water filter stations! Not a single one can be found here now!

Clean common areas, there are places to grab a quick bite and a large convenience store that sells a lot of snacks, drinks, travel minis and books. There’s even a small floral shop with fresh flowers available.

Bathrooms could be a little cleaner.

A lovely and spacious train station serving Amtrak and SEPTA in Philadelphia. There is a great local coffee shop inside, as well as several other food/convenience stops. Outdoor courtyard if the weather is nice and you want to get outside while waiting for a train.
