Had a wonderful experience with Russell. We got my engagement ring somewhere else and it ended up being too big. The company that we bought it through gave us a hard time to get sizing beads done in a timely manner. Russell was great, got them done within 3 days and sized them perfectly. Cost was very reasonable and overall, a great experience. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them!

Great service… I got my engagement ring resized (and beautifully shined) a few months ago which resulted in my wearing it which resulted in my wrecking it while caulking a bathtub… stopped by and it was fixed up again on the spot, no charge. Excellent professional repair work!

Impeccable craftsmanship. Russell made earrings and a necklace out of diamonds from a necklace my mom gave me when I got married. I was unsure about the necklace chain and length, and Russell and his staff were very patient. I really appreciated his experience and expertise. He chose a chain which turned out ot be perfect. He made the necklace shorter than the length I had requested, with an offer to adjust it free of charge after I'd worn it-his reasoning was that he thought the shorter length would be right for my frame. Both pieces are perfect and I cannot be happier. I love being able to be able to wear the gems my mom gave me (the original necklace was something one might wear to a gala). Prices are fair and consistent (it took me a year to decide to do this, and the prices were about 10% higher a year later, which seemed ok to me given inflation and higher prices everywhere this year, etc.). So glad to have found this place!

We were disappointed with previous service, but gave them another chance, and we are glad we did. They are much more conscientious now and I just found out they admirably give discounts to public servants. We look forward to patronizing them again.

Great service when we needed a watch repaired ($15) and they cleaned my rings for free while we waited

WONDERFUL experience! I was looking for my wedding band and the owner was the MOST helpful. He asked about my and my fiance's love story and offered to custom a ring however I wanted. He let me try on everything and said "have fun! " I plan to take my grandmothers jewelry back for him to make them into newer modern pieces. He is EXTREMELY intelligent and very personable:)

Russell gave me fair warning it would be difficult to stretch my multi-metal wedding band, but I told him to go for it.it fits perfectly now, inexpensively, and he's a nice gent with a very nice store. No regrets going to him, five stars.

Russell is an honest and talented jeweler. He has created many different pieces for me and family members. You cannot beat his quality and value.

If you want high prices have at it.as long as you buy you buy a smile - if not go to hell.also if you’re brown/ black don’t bother- prices even for repairs triple. Zero stars

This place was recommended from a friend. I needed a name plate that was gifted to me as a child resized with a new gold chain. The owners gave excellent recommendations and honest opinion, and the bracelet looked brand new once it was completed. Turnaround time was a little over 1 week (around Christmas too). I will certainly be back and recommend to others. You can't beat the quality and care!
