I’ve been a patient for 15 years. Maybe longer. Dr McMaugh is gentle and caring. He explains things and never ever hurts. Carol is an amazing hygienist I’ve had great results over the years and feel like I’m visiting friends when I go for a checkup.

My family and I go here, as soon as I had my first appointment I recommended my whole family to go there! Such a great practice and amazing dentist! I drive from out of state because I love them so much!

This is my second appointment with Dr. McMaugh’s office and once again it was a great experience. I am so happy I switched to this practice.

Dr. McMaugh and his staff are very professional. They make you very relaxes when you have fear going to the Dentist office like I was. I would recommend them highly which I already did to my friends.

Today i went in for a scheduled cleaning. They surprised me upon arrival by telling me they were also going to give me a "cancer screening", to wit, i asked, "is this something you do for everyone? " (Meaning is this included?) And the dental assistant replied, "yes, we do this for everyone". She then poked around in my mouth and took notes, but told me nothing until i requested the info. Then she proceeded to clean my teeth. It was the most bizarre cleaning ive ever had. She started on the outside and top teeth, but before finishing the area, jumped to the bottom inside, then to a new area, and again and again, more or less dancing around inside my mouth. In my experiences, these cleanings usually start at one end and finish at the other. She jumped around all over, not completing a single tooth and when she said she was done, i confronted her, specifying that i could still feel a significant amount of plaque, on my bottom two front teeth on the inside. She scraped the seams and not surfaces, once more. At this point i knew i was getting poor treatment. She became annoyed by mine requesting she do a little more. So i apologized for asking her to do her job. Then the dentist came in and looked at my teeth for 30 seconds or less. Then i had to request they do a fluoride treatment. With the fluoride treatment, she painted most carelessly, she applied it to about 3/4 of half of my teeth.then we get to the bill, $290.i asked, do you normally charge people near $300 for a cleaning? !? !? ! To wit she said, "oh well you had the exam, too. " Then she specified, its $130 for the cleaning, $130 for the exam and $20 for the fluoride treatment +tax. The thing is, i wasnt scheduled for any exams.i was scheduled for a cleaning. They did a terrible job cleaning my teeth. They surprise billed me for 30seconds with the dentist, I had to ask for them to "try", I had to ask for them to "care" and they more or less refused. These people do not care about their patients, at all.they care about stuffing their pockets, throwing birds behind your back, im sure! I hope they go out of business! Expensive, garbage services dont deserve respect.

Carol is amazing and always a pleasure. Dr. McMaugh is always thorough and easy to understand.

Another visit as part of a large restoration project and as always it went very well. It's always a very organized and quick visit. I appreciate there approach and how they brought me back to a healthy situation regarding my teeth

Best thing is no waiting period. They explained throughly your problem until you are satisfied with your questions.
