I had a great experience working with Jeff and team to have a new air conditioning unit installed and also installation of duct work and vents. They were on time, professional, and very friendly each day that they were here. They got me on the schedule very quickly and were very easy to contact with any questions. The price also seemed very reasonable.

Horrible company! Unless you want someone to keep coming back and never fixing the problem. Always a temporary fix. What they need is never on the truck. But billing is never a problem.

Technicians have always been friendly and done work right the first time. The issue is with billing. If you use them, get a written estimate in advance including materials. They charge 100% over retail for materials. When questioned they claimed it was industry standard. Not true. Called owner to discuss the ethics behind this mark up and he didn't return my phone call.

They were there when they said they would be. They cleaned our old boiler for the winter and it worked well all winter. No complaints.

NEVER EVER CALL THEM! NOT WORTH IT! They are fraud. I had called them to work my AC unit, tech did not have any clue about it. Gave me estimate of $1500.00 which was too high. And told me other parts will be Extra. At that time I was sure, I was not going to pay that much. I called someone else to repair and it cost me 1/3 of what he was asking for. Stay away from the company.

No call back, missed work, missed appointments, unreturned quotes, equipment left behind. Great work when the show up

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We called for a quote on a boiler return pipe leak. They knew I did not live at the property as it is an apartment building. Not only where they 15 minutes late, the technician named Dean actually was on his phone texting. I do not know if it was personal or not but he did not get out of his truck for another 20 minutes. I walked over to his truck to see what was taking him so long to get out of his truck after about 10 minutes and he waved me away and then held up his finger like a minute. My husband works out in the field so I understand paper work and checking in at each job. Anyway 35 minutes LATE. NO APOLOGY! Then we go to the basement to look at the leak. Tells me it is a foundation issue not a boiler issue. Mind you the walls were bone dry and there was water all over the floor. He finally with an attitude went out to his truck to get a flash light, no did not bring one with to look at the leak. He was kept giving his cell phone attention the entire time he was there. After he finally gets the flashlight and looks says oh, I see the leak. Yes this needs to be fixed. He took a couple of pictures and said they would be in touch with us. Over a week later we get an estimate for them to do the repair. In the meantime my husband made the repair. The main reason we called was to see what needed done and them to fix it. They knew before they came if was a pipe leak to the boiler. Today in the mail I received a bill for $ 85.00 for a quote. The charge is for 1 hour of time. This Dean guy was there for less an hour from the time he pulled up to the curb until the time he left, mind you I did wait 20 minutes for him to put his phone down and do his job. On the bill it says pipe needs replaced ASAP. What a joke. We will never use them again and will discourage anyone who tells us they are calling them. This is not the first time they have done something like this to us. But is the last. I will pay this bill after reading a couple of reviews. They are crooks and far from professional.
