Williams Spanish Restaurant reviews
15The food was very delicious and affordable. Parking was good. It is just difficult to sit inside.there is a school in the area and that’s where most for the kids where after school
Place has never failed to have top quality made food the new girl has a little rude. But the food was so good im not worried about her. And I love the rest of the staff.
At 1st they were nice greeted us you know got our order. And then we got our order and I had ordered beef ribs and under the beef ribs was here so it wasn't mine and it had to be from one of the guys that didn't have a beer net on and after I told 1 of the servers she got mad at me and has started getting an attitude with us so didn't take it off my bell for the food being you know with hair and everything And they forgot to take it off the bill until I told them and it was just soap setting it it was just they were trying to ignore me because of that problem and everything. So I will never go back there again and I will never take my family there again either
Williams is a nice, clean, somewhat utilitarian (nothing fancy or pretentious here) corner property on Linden st in Bethlehem. It is similar to Dominican or Puerto Rican food restaurants in layout, the windowed hot table area displaying various cooked meats, roasts, stews etc. Williams has more choices then most and every one of them is excellent. It's hard to go wrong here, it's all good. Just a right angle of the counter is a windowed holding area for mostly fried foods like pastels, acupuria, stuffed potatoe balls etc. Once again let me say - it's all very very good. I get yellow rice and side of beans no matter what else I order, it's the best tasting rice I ever had. The service ? Is fast, unpretentious, efficient, and yet still pleasant and polite. So if you wanna try some Hispanic food by real Dominican cooks, try Williams.
My daughter just ordered a FAMILY sized meal and this is what she got for her money, 2 pieces of chicken, a very small salad, beans and rice. We called and I asked how much chicken would be for 1? She said 1. I Saud so 2 is considered family? She said yes.
I understand prices have gone up, but seriously?
First time customer and totally satisfied. Craving Hispanic style food we found the right place. All the dishes were delicious.
The Waitress was very kind and Friendly. Atmosphere clean and cozy.
I ordered arroz con gandules habichuelas y pernil asado con relleno de papa y pastelillo de camarón y una alcapuria everything was served hot and freshly made. Delicious!
I don’t like damage business Reputation about food but 2 weeks ago I got Food Poisoning from this restaurant, specifically from one pound of pork that I order. I was vomiting and with diarrhea for 5 days straight and can’t even drink water or any kind of fluids. I have all the evidence from the Doctor and the staff from the kitchen over there should be removed or replaced. I guess that same day other people that ate that same pork got poisoned too. Please be careful when you order there make sure it’s well cooked and all fresh. Advise for pork eaters like me.
Staff is always friendly when I order over the phone, and the food is always delivered hot and on time. Definitely would recommend the food because it’s so good!
Not puertorrican food at all Dominicans flavor which is way different I don't recommend to nobody.
The food from here is amazing. The restaurant is a bit small but screw the space the food is top notch.
I called to place a pick up order of pernil, with rice and beans, and chicken with tostones; confirmed on the phone what I wanted and went to pick up after 10 minutes as I was told - my order was not ready and I had to wait another 15 minutes there. I paid for my order and didn’t feel the need to check but when I got home I realized I was given a large order of yellow rice, I asked for white, and two orders of tostones, no pernil or beans and no chicken. It was already 8 by the time I was back home to check so the place was already closed. I don’t know if they were in a rush because it was almost closing time or what but totally messed up my order.
Today was our second time visiting this restaurant the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.
Every time we order, we're even more impressed. Super value and incredibly delicious. Friendly service.
