I had a severe toothache and Williamsport Dental & Dentures got me right in to get it checked & made a decision it needed pulled & took me right in and pulled it:) That was past Thursday and today is Christmas Eve and all is great! Thank you so much for everything I will pass it on

This place is really great. I broke my VA dentures and couldn't eat and they made me a new pair the same week in 3 days from scratch working day and night due to my needing to leave on vacation. They even repaired my broken ones for temporary use. Excellent doctors and very skilled staff. The best place around. Very high quality and varible quality levels to suit any income level. I highly reccomend them.

Break teeth on an extraction, then on the phone say they will fix it for no cost just drive 45 miles. Then explain that they don’t do work for free? Wasted time money and brain cells. 0 star rating and -5 for decency and respect. The chairs help more than the duh duh duh duh docturds

Facility is nothing but a scam! You get put into their system like an assembly line. After treatment they tried to squeeze another $1600.00 out of me! Nothing but snake oil salesmen!
Receptionist is exceptionally rude and unprofessional! Do not waste your hard earned money at this place, save yourself a lot of emotional stress and money and go elsewhere!

My daughter was seen 2 weeks ago and was told they would be calling her insurance company and then get back with her to discuss cost. She has called twice and told the computers are down (which we understand), but was told that they are waiting to hear back from the insurance company. We called and the insurance company stated they have not received anything from the office. I then called to inquire about the time frame, as it's been 2 weeks, the woman who takes care of insurance became rude with me. I told her that my daughter is in pain and losing weight rapidly due to her teeth, so just wanting to get her in. She told me, rudely, that the computers are down and she feels that I am accusing her of not doing her job. I work in the medical field, as would not be allowed to talk to patients, or their family members, in that tone. My daughter will NOT be back to your facility. We are happy to spend our money somewhere else. Maybe you need to teach your staff manners!

I had an appointment with Mellisa Ratley to discuss implant, Thursday the 12th at 12: 30 and we sat there until after 1 so my husband went to the desk to see how long it would be and the receptionist said she stepped out and she would reach out and than the blonde receptionist had the nerve to tell my husband to sit down like a child we waited another 10 min and apparently she did not reach out so we left not a good time to step out for 45 minutes when you have an appointment scheduled very unprofessional

I was in sever pain on the right side of my mouth. Not one dentist would take care of me right away. So I walked into their office and told the receptionist my story. Ill admit I was in tears. I was told I would need to wait until they could fit me in. So I waited for about 45 mins.and they took care of me. They took xrays and it showedI had an infection. Gave me script. I am so thankful that they helped me. I will continue to be their patient forever. Thank you WD&D so much

Everyone was very nice, took time to explain the consult in detail with me. They were professional and proficient.

They drop the ball over and over - wrong appt dates and the staff gossips about patients and how they look and make fun of them in their face while they think they are whispering but literally are talking loud they have no bedside manner and i saw two other customers flipping out as well they are rough and straight up disrespectful

I had an appointment on July 6 2023 I got a call less than 24 hours before my appointment that they had to cancel she rescheduled an appointment for me all the way until December 19th 2023 I was not happy

Staff was extremely kind! I can say I have never experienced such wonderful service at a medical office. The dentist I had was beyond professional and kind. Have already told several family and friends about this office and how wonderful my visit was and how understanding they were with the amount of pain I was in.

Was very pleased with my visit today. I hadn't been to the dentist in 5 years and I was nervous about going again but they were some of the nicest people and made me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to returning and getting my teeth back on the right track.

Williamsport Dental & Dentures took me on for an emergency appointment. They accommodated me and my wheelchair. The whole staff were very friendly and thoughtful. They were not burdened by my physical disability. Instead, they went out of their way to help me.

Both the doctor and the dental assistant were compassionate. They explained the probable causes of my gum infection after taking an x-ray. I will see them for a follow-up appointment after taking my antibiotic for 2 weeks.

If you are looking for a friendly, understanding and compassionate practice, please go to Williamsport Dental & Dentures. If you don't have insurance and you come from a place of limited financial means let them know.

The ladies were very nice and the young woman who did my impressions was helpful and understanding.

The dentists are professionals! I can trust the work they do! The staff will make you a priority, from scheduling to billing they have been very accommodating and I will always be thankful for their help in achieving the perfect smile!

They are my new dentist! I had and to have an emergency tooth extraction. Was not a patient there and do not have insurance. The wonderful people there said I could come in they would work me in. My wait was not long. Everyone was was up beat, I even made a few laugh. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for treating me like a real person and not just another $ dollar sign.

Dental hygienist not the friendliest. I showed up at 10: 50 for my 11: 00 appointment and wasn’t seen until 11: 30. Wasn’t explained things very well and was out within 5 minutes of being seen. If you can’t show your patients better attention because your work load is crazy maybe start taking less patients.
