Willow Run Veterinary Clinic reviews
16If we could give them 10 stars we would. My wife and I, and the dogs absolutely love Dr Reese. He treats your dog as if they were his dog. He even gets down on the floor with them.
Place is very clean and the people are very friendly. It was quite the reality check though. I have not owned a dog in quite a while and although you want to do the right thing for your dog I now realize that I can't afford to own one. I came upon the dog by chance after a friend of mine passed away. I've often wondered how people could own a dog for years and then drop him off at the pound. And now I don't question it at all.
Butchers.best I can say. They should not exit! Took my schnauzer for teeth cleaning and removal of two teeth. They never called and removed all but two teeth. Had him under too long now has neurological problems. He now sees a great veterinarian who has done all that could be done.
No excuse for them.horrible no compassion and obviously zero interest in their patients. Our pets are family not just income for Willow Run. If you love your pets stay far away from these disgusting idiots!
I've been taking my dogs to Willow Run Veterinary Clinic for 10 years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They were so compassionate when helping our old boy cross the rainbow bridge.
The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and treat my dogs lovingly & with compassion. Very gentle!
They gave us an animal that had a “cold”. She had many seizures and barely survived. She now has permanent ear issues. Her ear creates mass amounts of ear wax and affects her hearing.
We love all the doctors and staff here. We get the best attention to our pets needs with love and compassion.
For the few years I've been taking my dog to Willow Run I've always had good experiences with all of the vets, techs, and front desk staff. They all treat Scout like he's a king and are always kind and friendly. Today Dr. Latham went above and beyond, in my opinion. I was waiting to hear on blood work results and was expecting to wait until after
the weekend due to her
schedule. I was pleasantly surprised when she contacted me today, even though she's not in the office. It was nothing serious so it could've waited but she took her own personal time to let me know the results to ease my mind. I appreciate that so much.
The staff is fantastic. I'm glad my fur baby had such great people taking care of her.
I never leave reviews but i am SO beyond happy with this place i have to.i truly cannot recommend these people enough.i know being a pet parent there is so much stress in finding a good vet to take your baby to.i’m so glad my dogs are coming here and i will never go anywhere else.my girl lily needed a spay and some dental work done today.she’s a rescue and she was in pretty bad shape coming to our family.she means the world to me and i’m so thankful that she can now get the care she needs.everyone here is so amazing at what they do and so kind towards your and your pet.they truly care about your pets and will give them the best care regardless of what they need to do.hearing about how much some of the staff members loved lily made my day.knowing people love her and care for her as much as i do puts such a big smile on my face.the whole staff are so professional and knowledgeable as well.she ended up needing a little over half her teeth pulled and i can’t thank everyone enough for helping her.even still with her not fully woken up yet i can see such a positive difference in her and it could make me cry tears of joy.i’ll forever come here and recommend it to everyone looking.
Willow Run is awesome! They handled our rat extremely well, and she is hard to keep under control. The vet was very decisive and knowledgeable. She made a recommendation that would actually provide no profit for their business. Definitely an honorable and experienced company. Thank you Willow Run
The whole staff is amazing - but Dr. Brubaker was so wonderful to work with last week. Our 10 year Bichon Poodle, who is a very difficult patient, had some extensive surgery and the whole staff treated her wonderfuly, also keeping me informed the entire day. Everyone is great there!
All of the good reviews are from BEFORE this place changed hands, don’t believe the good reviews.
Willow Run tried to charge me $550 to neuter my kitten and I posted about in a local message board. After that they refused to fill my cat’s meds on something THEY did the bloodwork for, it came back positive, but said they weren’t the practice for us because I posted a picture of the invoice. The vet on the phone was very rude and unprofessional for simply posting their prices. Seems pretty spiteful, unprofessional, and not as if they care at all about our pets. Previous appointment they ran tests and charged me for things I never asked for. They charged me for an exam 3 weeks after they already did an exam, when my kitten just need a simple shot. Stay away from this place!
First time taking our cat there. Dr. Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be coming back.
We have had excellent experiences with this veterinary clinic. Our 17-year old cat is terrified of other people and yet the staff seem to be able to manage her well and keep her calm. At her age she has a number of health problems that require frequent visits to the vet.
I have been going to Willow Run Veterinary Clinic with my two Olde English Bulldogs for the last 10 plus years.
A huge things for me is the always been treated with respect, being listened to and not being talked down to. The veterinarians as well as the technicians listen well and ask plenty of questions to get the information they need to help resolve the issue you are in for.
The facility is always in a clean and well maintained manner. They have a bathroom, water machine and WiFi in the waiting room. Along with plenty of seating while you wait.
The downsides are that at times they do run behind some on appointment times and it can be a little difficult to get the same doctor every time. Nothing too negative and I’m sure the same issues run into at other veterinary offices.
Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to go.
