This place is horrible, unprofessional staff and they overly sedated my mother because they had no activities

Everyone on staff is very polite & helpful. Patient I visited also expressed appreciated how the staff is very kind.

The facility provides wonderful care for my brother-in-law, who has been a resident for 6 months. The staff is courteous, attentive & professional.

The star was not for you. They make you give a star to voice your opinion. When they know that the place is not habitable for living or recovery

This true trying get my uncle out here they dirty everyone wonder the halls and they under staff it stinks never ask for id or who you are.this place nighmare and social worker is ghetto too.

I use to work in this place, The old don Alex ringkamp was a nightmare, he would tell your personal information to the whole job, and he had secert boyfriend's, The nurses was extremely mean to the cnas making it impossiable to care for the resident, the supply of this place is good but the staff Is beyond horrible.

The Administrator of this facility is unprofessional and down right ignorant. I would never leave a loved one under her care.

I'm curently reveiwing several (possible) destenations for an elderly family member. REVEIWS LIKE I READ DO NOT ESTABLISH CONFIDENCE! I'm saying though. A CUT AND PASTE GENERIC RESPOSE? (REALLY? !) If you are to LAZY to put the blunt down and flush a toilet. YOU WERE FIRED BEFORE YOU WERE HIRED. YOU ARE BY FAR THE WEAKEST LINK DOWN NORTH. GOOD BYE!

This facility neglects those they should be caring for. Does not even deserve 1 star because they don’t know the value of human life!

The worst place ever I wouldn't put my dying dog in here to be recessitated There's no profession here You disgruntled nurses which is understood when they're over worked underpaid Insteadof giving other employees the time, they don't to keep from paying over time, The food is HORRIBLE. They only clean up when they know LI is coming out they need to come on 3 to 11
@ or 11to 7 shift to really see how it operates

Only giving a star to write review this place deserves no stars its horrible complete nightmare, if you love your family members please please don't not send them here, my mom was here she was always starving my sister and I had to put her in bed because they leave them sit up in the dinning area all day long they are under staffed and what staff they do have are completely rude unprofessional with no bed side manners the place needs to be shut down worst experience ever

One star is too much. Unprofessional staff and the place looks terrible. If my family hadn’t been there all day they would just leave her in the bed all day. The social workers did absolutely nothing to aid us before my loved one was discharged. Waste of money.

The service is unbelievably horrible and It looks horrible. My mom has been in there for 2 day so far for rehabilitation and the first day my mom had to put the nurse in her place with her stank attitude. No one checks on her regularly to see if she needs anything. This is the most unprofessional place ever. Mom will not be staying there for the recommended time. We out this whole in the wall!

This place doesn't deserver not one star! The workers are lazy I had to tell them to clean my grandmother bathroom because someone left poop all over my grandmother toilet. They don't answer the call bell so you laterally have to walk out in the hall to get help. They make them people sit in the dinner room all day long because they're under staff. They don't have any activities for them.this place is VERY neglectful and need to be investigated.

I worked there n it's the most unorganized place I ever worked it's filthy n dirty they have flying cockroaches n mice all in the residents rooms n where they eat at if u have elderly family n u love them don't ever send them to willow terrace!

This place doesn't deserve 1 star. It's filthy, dismal, and lacks character. It needs bright pain, flowers on the wall, tile job… And please play some lively music for patients in lobby and add an interactive art table as they wait to be taken to rooms. That pocketbook lady w/the tacky jewelry needs to go.
