Willow Tree & Landscaping Services, Hatboro PA

We had a super tall (maybe 80-100 foot tall) and super wide oak tree (choked with English ivy) removed, along with a few other smaller trees to open up our backyard. You cannot tell there was anything ever in the yard after the tree was removed and stump ground and leveled by Willow. Ed is a great arborist and gave us a very fair price, though they weren’t the cheapest bid we had, and the estimate was the final cost. No surprises! The team was professional and worked safely and quickly. Definitely recommend!

Willow Tree Service has taken care of my trees and property for years. They have always taken outstanding care of my house and property.

One of their drivers pulled out with a tractor about 15 feet in front of me as i was on a 40mph road.pulled out going about 10mph too.cant be that good of a company if they almost cause accidents before they even get to your house.

Always outstanding! We are fortunate enough to live in an area that has many gorgeous, large, old trees, but with that comes continuous maintenance and cleanups when storms and disease come through. We have used Willow Tree Service for over 15 years for everything from taking down 130 year old oak that towered over our historic home, to storm clean ups, to trimming up and cabling aging trees that are still in good health. I love that they make every attempt to protect and save trees rather than assume they need to come down, but without a risk to us.
Their staff is always respectful of our property, and other shrubs and plants in the vicinity. They are always kind and courteous, on time and their prices continue to be fair and reasonable. They show up exactly when they say they will, sometimes can get us on the schedule earlier than expected and always clean up beautifully. Willow is, hands down, the best tree service in the area. The men are very respectful of property and do an amazing job. When you live in the woods it's helpful to have a company you can call for quick service.

They are horrible with returning your calls, planning and organization. So much that it is a chore just to get a quote.

I had some work done in 2022 with them and it took multiple phone calls and emails to finally get an estimate and get it done. They were so disorganized I had to remind them to bill me.

Come 2023 and I need services again. Since the work itself was decent enough and priced competitively, I thought I would try them again. Maybe since I was a customer and in their system now, it would be a different story.

Nope. I first called them a week ago and a message was left for their landscaper. Then I called them Monday, two days ago, same thing. Today I called again and. Guess what!? Same thing. I was told she would call me today but I am losing faith of that happening and end of business is swiftly approaching.

In the meantime today I actually called another landscaper and have someone coming out tomorrow for a quote, so apparently it isn't impossible to have timely landscaping service.

My advice for them is to get an office manager or someone to fix this issue which, by the sound of other reviewers, has been going on for years.

Fantastic experience with Willow Tree Service when I needed a tree removed from my backyard. Quickly responded to my inquiry, Scott was at the house by the next day to assess the job. He provided several plans, each with a fair estimate so there were no surprises. Scott went above and beyond to resolve any concerns or issues that came up since the tree was in such a tough spot. On removal day, I met with the crane operator, Shawn, and his crew, as he explained his plan. An incredibly professional and safe operation from start to finish. Five stars isn't enough. I'd highly recommend Willow Tree Service to anyone and everyone.
