Winchester Walk Apartments

So, moving in for me was such a harder experience I’ve ever had; I was thrown for a loop a couple times, I applied to move in in April and it is now may, during those times I wanted to move apartments so the first time was my fault but I was still supposed to move out in April but was told the tenant wanted to stay so I can’t move in.so this happened about one to two more times; then the apartment I wanted to move in to the previous tenant had issues with paying her bills I guess with Covid and all but I had to go through extra steps because of the previous tenants mistakes. Sooo that was very very very nerve wracking and annoying but the only reason I gave this place five stars is because or the leasing agents. Most of everything I went through they informed me that it was not their fault and they would do the best they could to help me which was very reassuring, with every problem I had they reassured me and had my back so I didn’t have to stress so much. Erika was mostly the one helping us and right from the start she’s very friendly and attentive, she worked very hard for us to move in at the time we wanted and I appreciate all that she and Danielle has done because if this was with any other apartment I would have left after the first mishap. Now this is my second day here and I’ll update later.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Erika is awesome she was so helpful and answered every question or concern i had. She made the process so smooth would definitely recommend.

Erika is legit the best! She is so nice and welcoming! She answered all my questions also was very fast responding. Erika helped us throughout the whole process doing the most to help! Definitely recommend, the place is gorgeous!

The property manager Danielle is one of the nicest and most helpful I’ve met by far! I want to extend a big thanks to her and the corporate office. Winchester Walk has to be one of the best communities in the northeast. Trust me. I know! & I’m more than excited to be moving back!

Current mouse infestation. Have called the office many of times. The maintenance crew has done the bare minimum to fix the problem. The exterminator company that works for them is terrible. I have personally caught 20 mouse in my apartment.

Erika and Danielle were on completely different pages. Definitely not the nicest of places and there was always garbage around. The only good thing about this place was that you could walk to the gas station across the street.
Only once you have crossed off all other options should you consider living here.

No one knows what they are doing here.
They sent an email saying it would not be open to covid. A week later, the pool gets filled. Yet it is closed. But it's full?
complete BS to blame it on the rona since all other complex pools are open. Idk if they had staffing issues or equipment issues but they gave up and blamed it on the rona.

This place is a hot mess. From constant maintenance call for things that should have been fixed before moving in. To mice infestation. Definitely will not be staying here.

Let me start out by saying thank you to Erika! She is the best by far. You can email and she will get right back to you without a problem. She answers all your questions she is so polite, respectful, her customer service is excellent, she is on point about everything and will always make sure you are satisfied with everything. I love it here so far. Definitely spacious and clean. Minor little stuff that maintenance fixed right away thank you for that. Love the upgrade kitchen, closet space. Only thing they need to do is upgrade the windows they are old and rusty. But Other than that nice place to call home!

This place is by far one of the best places to live in the Northeast nice pool also the gym is great super sweet ladies in the office helpful when you call or go in great maintenance quick when you put a work order in they keep the grounds clean.nothing but a 5 star experience.

Erika is the best! She's down to earth, honest and very helpful throughout the process. She keeps it real and is always prompt on her emails. I hope you get the luxury of working with Erika on your apartment process.

A great apartment community to live in. Charlotte in Management is very professional, courteous and welcoming. Taking care of my needs as a resident. Under management of the complex you will find that operations run smoothly from the responsiveness of the maintenance staff to questions within the leasing office. Reasonably priced, accessible to many community amenities and close to major roadways.

Me and my dad toured last night, looking to move 2020! We love the washing machines and Erika, who was nice, told me I can bring my own that I already have! Nice garage too

My mother is a senior citizen and lives here. The staff is always so patient and friendly with her. She loves it and has nothing but good things to say.

My experience at Winchester walk has been a good one. The team here has great energy, and is on top of everything when it comes to getting you set up. I thank Erika Harrison, and Winchester walk family for the opportunity.

Erika has been great to work with throughout the pre-rental and rental process. She responds quickly to any problems and gets them solved while providing updates.

The Winchester Walk Apartments on 2600 Welsh Road have an intimate fitness center, access to a pool, and can't forget the living room that comes with an AC. Ample space in the apartment and plenty of shops nearby for most of your needs.

Erika helped me online with a virtual tour.nice amenties like the gym! Thats motivation for me to use it.

Great community close to so many stores and easy accessible to major roads. The layout is amazing, spacious and homey. The staff are friendly, helpful, professional & always available. Charlotte from management was very professional assisting me in all my needs. The apt was clean, well maintained, bug free, I could go on! I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

I'll be a future resident of Winchester walk community. Met with Erica who made things run so smoothly couldn't ask for a better helper. Love the the kitchen layout.

The pool is absolutely my favorite feature of the community! It's clean and I saw people there which means that they love it as well. Erika was really nice and toured with me twice so far! My wife and I are considering applying in October.
