Cons- sticker shock, what felt like car dealership sales tactics.

May end up using them but for fewer windows than I initially wanted.

Jeryl Wilborn was very professional and worked really hard to get us when we wanted. He felt very authentic and listened to our needs. It was a great experience!

The crew that came worked fast and efficient to get the old windows out and new ones in quickly during the cold winter weather. Everyone was nice and friendly. They did a good quality job and cleaned up everything when done. No damage, no mess and I'm excited to have these new windows now.start to finish, set up, removal, install, cleaned and gone in less than 5 hrs for 15 windows. Good job guys

We met with Tony Kempa to discuss our window project. He was very professional, explained his suggestions and the products available in detail. He was great with the interruption of our kids and even including them in what he was talking to us about. He never made us feel pressured into a sale and he was much more detailed about the windows he was telling us about than other, big name companies that we have talked to have been. We would recommend Window Nation based on our experience with Tony, and we are excited to get our windows.

We recently had a consultation with Doug Muenster from Window Nation and we were really impressed with the thorough explanation of their product and the installation process. My 9 yr old daughter actually sat through the presentation as well and she was amazed by the heat demonstration. Doug answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable.

When I first met with Jason the sales rep I made it a point to him that I was on a time schedule to update my home to sale and downsize as I am planning to retire next year. He kept looking around but I had 3 commodes 2 vanities about 10 light fixtures and a full whirlpool jet tub there in boxes in my Living room and Dinning room. I was told in October 2020 that they would start my Window installation in December then on December 5th I rec'd an email stating the my shipping date would now be in February and then in January Lord and behold another email now moving the February date to April I replied back to the email to have the sales rep call me but no reply I then sent emails to him and my Attorney also sent a letter to the company the was return stating the address was wrong. At that point I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and rec'd a call from their office in Maryland. When I told him I just wanted my $2100 back and continue with my other remolding projects he was quick to say they do give money back even though they have had my money 5 months and I have no windows installed. I didn't see that about 2 hours later my salesman sent an email stating that the shipping date was April 3rd.not responding to any of my concerns that was in the email. Today I did receive a call back from the Maryland office stating that he was able to move my shipping date to March 21st so when I asked him about compensation he indicated he had to contact the Pittsburgh office. I'm so tire of the lame excuses for the delays and yes of course they blaming it on Covid-19

Doug Muenster was the salesman. He was very professional and he knew the product very well. Before he left we knew these were the windows we wanted.
The installers were awesome and did an outstanding job and also very pleasant and professional.
A couple of misfortunes along the way probably due to covid and lack of communication. I would definitely recommend this company for windows we are very happy with the New Windows.

Met with Tony Kempa today who did an excellent job teaching us about the different type of windows available and what would fit our needs the most.

Douglas Muenster was great. He was very thorough, professional, and gave us a great deal. We have not yet had the installation.

Frank “Sam” Nemec came by to do a consultation about windows. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. He was great to deal with and we purchased windows and we are 16-18 weeks to installation so we will update the review and experience after we get them installed.

Salesman was very good, but afterwards it was awful. Installation scheduled for September happened in November after many phone calls. Installers did NOT seal 3 windows properly. Installed another window incorrectly. NUMEROUS, numerous calls to customer service went unanswered or not acted on.

Finally a repairman came out to fix the windows in FEBRUARY! One window is still broken.

Window Nation has been the absolute worst company we have ever had work in our home. This is the 1st negative/terrible review I have given. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

One of the best sales consultations ever experienced. Jeryl’s refreshingly transparent approach delivered expert level information that was consumer absorbable.

We just had 26 windows installed to include 4 floor to ceiling windows in which the install crew had to adjust the walls on site. The time from order to delivery left a bit to be desired since we ordered in September but the installation crew was fantastic. They were here when they said the would be and brought 6 guys. Within an hour, they had the 11 upstairs windows removed and guys were right behind them installing the new ones. They made all of the metal trim onsite and sealed everything perfectly. Once they finished each area, one of the crew was right behind them cleaning the whole area. The took every bit of trash with them and were finished all 26 in one day. We could not be more pleased with their install crew. Would absolutely recommend them.

Jeryl Wilborn was our Design Cunsultant, and he was very professional and helpful. Answered all our quesions and didn't give us a hard sell, which I appreciated, compared to other window companies.

Tony Kempa did an excellent job explaining all the window features and worked with us to find a solution that not only fit our budget but will help us reduce our energy bills. I highly recommend Window Nation.

My initial visit was great. Doug Muenster came out and gave me a quote. I really appreciated how honest he was (he tried a light and admitted that there wasn't a serious heating issue- but ventilation is most likely the issue). He worked up as much discounts as he could to fit my budget. He wasn't pushy & understood that I wanted a little time to think about it. I would definitely recommend.
