Friendly company to deal with. Excellent sales and installation teams. Workers arrived on time and completed their work efficiently, with little distraction.

My landlord used this business and let me say how very rude and unprofessional the workers were. They blocked my driveway although there was parking out front. I asked them to move their truck, he then asked me when I was leaving. I told him I’d be in and out all day and to please not block driveway. He then yelled at me, cursed at me and told me my landlord should have told me he was coming. I said please move your truck or I’m calling the company, which I did. He then told me I could call whomever. Shortly later someone moved the truck. When my son saw them he asked them to please not block his Moms driveway, 1 worker with the big mouth proceeded to tell my son his address and told my son to come to his house to fight!
There was a huge argument with these unprofessional people. I would not recommend at all!

Old 55 year old crank windows were so drafty we used 3 layers of plastic during the winter season. We replaced 2 of those windows 2 months ago with window world windows and today I see condensation between the sashes indicating heat loss. I am curious what they're "lifetime guarantee " will cover? I will be calling them. Glad we tested window world by purchasing 2 instead of all of them.

We got the triple pane and what a difference.
Quality of windows and installation was great. The crew was polite and picked up all the waste.

Called for window replacement they said 3 weeks I had to contact them three times after that to get a window replaced under warranty not easy to deal with and taking way to long have been waiting since October it’s now New Year’s Eve still no window

Great product, great price. The installers were very professional and did an amazing job. They replaced 2 outside doors and 2 windows and cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy with the final installation.

Window World of Erie did a great job with some replacement windows years ago and then recently came back to replace a piece of glass that my daughter broke for free. They even fixed a screen my dog jumped out of. Service is great and the product is great as well.

From estimate to install the team was very professional, courteous and friendly. Nick and Pete did a fabulous job installing and capping our new windows. Quick and professional. Very happy with the services they provided. My new window looks amazing.

I was a little dismayed that the one window of our double hung window was scatched in between the panes. We had to order a new one. Also, the screen in that same window was not sealed properly and there was a good size gap. The sliding window we had installed in our basement family room is very had to get out to wash the other side. Still waiting for our replacement window.

I am very pleased with window worlds entire operation. They are very accommodating and easy to deal with. I have never had an issue with any of the windows I have purchased. The staff is very nice. I highly recommend them.
