Very ghetto would not recommend. Definitely scammers so don’t waste your time here! They don’t deserve any stars & the people giving them good reviews are most likely friends or family.

Good honest people, very professional, did an extremely good job on my Audi A5. I can’t even tell where it got hit. Got my car back a week faster then expected and they even did some touch up paint work that they didn’t have to! Extremely satisfied with their work and I would definitely bring my car back if I had to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great people and great work on time and very cost efficient I will advise everyone to go to them if yu want a great service to your vehicle keep up the good work.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! HAD MY CAR FOR OVER A MONTH! Kept giving me days it would be done when I called on the days they gave me it kept getting pushed back. My car originally was supposed to be done last Friday then they told me Tuesday then Wednesday now it’s my car will be done Friday never again I don’t recommend this place

I absolutely love The Tag Doctor! I originally took my car to the Tag Doctor for just that tags, registration and title. I received prompt, friendly, and professional service from the receptionist, management and the mechanics. I was so pleased with the service I received I decided I would allow them to do all the preventive maintenance for my car going forward! They also fixed my starter and e-brake cable at a reasonable price! Many thanks to the Tag Doctor team!

I would give this place no stars if i could.the shop is holding my car without my consent.after my accident it was taken here, i tried to get it out and the receptionist was extremely nasty to me.i filled out a release form for them to release my car to my insurance company and they have been holding my car for two days now.they are not giving my insurance company the fees to get my car out. THEY ARE PURPOSELY HOLDING MY CAR TO GET MORE MONEY ON FEES.the receptionist was extremely rude and nasty with me.very unprofessional.i am 8 months pregnant and OWN my vehicle.she should not be working there at all if she is going to talk to customers that way.

I also believe they stole and ravished my car. When i looked in it at the lot the glove compartment was completely in tact and nothing was out of place in the front seat. My GPS holder was also on the floor and all chargers still connected i saw everything in my car on the lot. When my car was finally towed to my place the entire glove compartment had been emptied and they went through all my personal papers. They also emptied my center console completely and stole my GPS holder and charger. Nothing of value was in my car but to know they went through my personal belongings and vandalized my car is very disturbing. The fact that they would do that to someone who is pregnant and was in a car accident that put her in the hospital, and then to do more damage by trashing her car is very disheartening. I hope they lose business and close permanently.

My car has been at this shop for over a month. I had to retract my first review after i received my car there where some issues. I spoke with the manager and i must admit that he and his receptionist went above and beyond to try and correct the issue. I was very upset with the way progress was going. I can honestly say they did step up to plate and for that i can give them a b rating. There room for improvement but with a little structure this can really be a place to take yur car to get it fixed

The worst! They messed my car up. They try to take my Engine out my car. They try to total my car that wasn’t not badly damaged Let’s say now I don’t have a car, because of them. This why you can’t support your own kind, they will destroy everything you work for. DO NOT TAKE OR GET YOU CAR TOWED THERE.

Worst shop ever, wish I could have rated with no star at all. They go by Auto Doctor now. I agree with the previous post. Took 3 weeks with my car and I'm still finding things that were half done. Workers gave me the runaround the whole time. Will never go back again.
