Windsor Commons Townhouses, Red Lion PA

I have lived in this community 3 times since 2009! Windsor Commons management (Kris) especially, have been excellent through each transition of my life. Always a friendly chat, a quick call when something goes wrong… and then a quick fix, a safe, and quiet place to walk my dog, friendly neighbors… what more are you looking for!? I have loved it each time and it will always feel like home. If I ever find myself in transition again… I know where I will head back to….

My husband, dog, and I really enjoy living at Windsor Commons. We had an incredibly tough time finding a local townhome that allowed a large dog (75 lbs). After a few calls with Angel (in the leasing office) we were set to move in. As previous renters at other communities, we could tell how well our unit at Windsor Commons was taken care of. The maintenance team is friendly and always quick to respond with any inquiries we’ve made. The community is seemingly open to feedback and I’ve noticed when I’ve asked about something, they always follow up or implement my feedback. We (and our dog) love the community dog park! The staff hold frequent community events and are always so kind and friendly when stopping into the office. I highly recommend this community!

We love Windsor Commons! Lived here just under one year, house is nice and property is kept well. Maintenance is very responsive, and lawns/gardens always look great! Location is very convenient as well.

We've been residents of Windsor Commons for more than 4 years and love our home, the neighborhood and the staff are phenomenal. Maintenance personnel are extremely friendly and helpful.

I just moved here and this place feels like home sweet home. The kids on this community are all great. Love watching them play ball, tag or just walking their dogs. My neighbors are super sweet and friendly as well. The maintenance staff is superb, knowledgable and professional. The landscaping here is the best too. I have never seen a property groomed in this manner. The rental staff hands down are the reason we decided to move here.

We used to live here 14 years ago and we loved it. We just moved back to PA from SC and it was a no brainer to move back to Windsor Commons! The space in the townhouse is incredible. The ladies in the office really make you feel at home. Maintenance is fast and the crew is very respectful! It’s such a dog community which makes us fit right in. I love the amenities with no extra fees! It creates a great community atmosphere. We are so comfortable here, I am in no hurry to buy again!

Living in Windsor Commons over the past 15 months has been a very pleasant experience. I greatly appreciate Kris and Angel in the Property Office. They are very personable, understanding and accommodating. I’m also very grateful for the outstanding maintenance team at this property! They have been very responsive. Recently, I was so blessed to have Isaiah, Will and Jeff (?) do repairs. They were very courteous, respectful of my home, knowledgeable about what was required to fix multiple items, and took the necessary time to ensure all items were properly repaired and functioning. They are a great Team! I also give a high 5 to the awesome landscaping service! They keep the grounds and curbside view of this community looking beautiful! It is a safe, peaceful and pleasant place to live for singles, couples or small families. It’s the place I currently call home sweet home!

Windsor Commons Townhomes has exceeded my expectations. I moved here about a month ago and so far I love it here. My townhome is perfect, the office staff is very friendly and the maintenance crew is quick to respond!

Good community friendly staff. Great neighborhood me and my fiancé really appreciated their pet policies to accommodate our big dog. Neighborhood is also very close to shops and stores making it really convenient. We have enjoyed living in this community for the last year.
