Daily rates are pretty decent. Gotta book early if you need more than a night cause they seem to always be booked or sold out. As far as rooms they definitely could be cleaner. I always have to clean and disinfect before I feel comfortable. Housekeeping definitely needs to do a complete deep spring cleaning.

Just like all the other recent reviews for the past 5 months have horrible. This establishment accepted our reservation from December and they just cancelled our reservation a week out from our stay. Now we would have to find other accommodations due to some overbooking circumstances. But we booked back in December 2022 and you cancel our reservation now? In March 2023? Only thing we are mad about is customer service failed to compensate us for anything but probably lucky to not have to stay at this crackhouse of a hotel.

This hotel has gone downhill so bad it almost feels unsafe. We have stayed here several times in past 7 yeard or so, but definitely no longer!

No breakfast because of COVID? Then you should clean like it’s COVID. No one in lobbing & dining sanitizing tables, chairs, counters, etc. Dirty towels under bathroom vanity, hair in tub & on floor. Wyndham app & website says says free breakfast buffet. Staff says no breakfast for over 3 yrs. Dishonest in advertising & policy. It’s really about increased profits. Pick a side & stick with it. Drop the charade. It’s far less costly to provide breakfast than TO REALLY CLEAN like it’s COVID.

The room looks like it never has been dusted or wiped down. Stains on all furniture.

Whatever you do… don’t stay here! The pictures posted online look NOTHING like it in person. It is run down and falling apart. There were people wandering around the front doors and people sitting outside that looked they were up to no good. The whole place smelled of pot and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. People loitering the halls over and over and fighting and screaming going on. We took one look at the place and room and left to go somewhere else.

Bad attitude? As soon as someone finally comes to the window to check you in.
The breakfast that is promised on the website? It doesn't exist! Due to covid, you will not get the promised breakfast. This is February 2023, get over the covid excuse.
Ask the manager about the missing breakfast? Instant bad attitude.
I WILL NOT RETURN!

The corridors, elevators, and stairs smelled of cigarette smoke and urine.
We were given a room that smelled like it was smoked in and when I went to the reception, they blamed the previous customers and the response was "Adults do adult things! "
They moved me to another room. It was the same situation there. In general, it's a beat down motel and don't fall for the Wyndham brand.
Needless to say, bathroom had mold in it and my son was coughing all night.

Couldn't find front desk staff. Front counter wreaks of marijuana. Unfriendly night clerk. Dusty rooms.

The website site said there was a pool no pool website shows a continental breakfast nonexistent blame it on COVID front desk sucks clerks are rude and obnoxious. Also out side smoking while you stand at the desk and Wait. Hot tub area was dirty and filthy.rooms had no towels or wash cloths.the place just sucked curtains had holes in them.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! My family and I met the rudest night desk clerk we have ever met. Prepaid for 2 rooms and was told we hadn't. One room was clean and our room had not been cleaned. Was accused of messing up the room ourselves. Hotel was full and couldn't get another room. Clerk couldn't have cared less what happened to all of us. Called corporate to report this and was told the manager will be getting a hold of us about this. Received an email from the manager just saying they were sorry and nothing else. What a way to run a business. We have stayed here many times but will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! This place doses not deserve any stars at all!

Elevator dirty and filthy,
Bugs in windowsill,
Curtains half broken.

I’ve called corporate for a refund and no response.

Stayed one night, never again.
You could tell people were living there permanently, several cats in windowsills

My biggest problem was seeing the mold in the shower after getting up. Needless to say we didn’t take a shower before leaving.

I will be calling the health department tomorrow.

Staff was VERY Unprofessional and very rude. Would not recommend this place at all. Highly recommend NO ONE staying here.

I got in late Monday night, first room that I was given, housekeeping didn't touch. Second room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs a little maintenance but other than that, it was a great stay.

Owned by an Indian peasant who is milking this place until Wyndham pulls his franchise. There will be no upgrades as Deepak and Prashant in Delhi keep asking for more money. The American dream.

Hands down winner for the dirtiest hotel I have seen. I travel usually 150 days or more for work and this was by far one of the worst hotels. Keep going there are far better hotels in area for the same or slightly more. Don't pinch pennies here you'll lose it bug bombs and tetanus shots when you get home.

Dirty dump. Stay away. The room is disgusting. Housekeeping is loud and obnoxious. Knocked on our door at 8am while we were sleeping and talking loudly in the hallway. The entire hotel is run down. Used to be our favorite hotel but nothing good about it now.

Absolutely the most horrible hotel I've ever been in. Smelled like smoke and vomit. Homeless people running around the facility trying to open doors. No staffing whatsoever. Run away as fast as you can!
