Wings To Go, West Chester PA

Wings were obviously heated from frozen. They also got the order wrong. I ordered Buffalo garlic, but just received Buffalo. I was excited to order wings but this will be the last time for me. I would recommend getting wings from literally anywhere else

Went to pick up food since I have been on the road all day. Online and door says close at 11. But when I got there at 10: 37pm everything was off and lights out.

The only pleasant thing about this place was the fries. When a customer walks in they should expect to be greeted. The employee was on her phone, and didn't seem pleasant.

This review is strictly regarding traditional bone-in wings. We hadnt had them here for a while since my kid was away at college. So on a whim We ordered a 20 piece tonight of medium buffalo. This used to be a good level to please across a young and older crowd. Got it home and it was virtually unsauced. So I called and the person couldnt have been nicer. I brought them back for a redo.
It was explained to me that to get a Frank's hot sauce level of heat you have to order "Suicide" (?). So we resauced with "Hot". Gotta be honest it just didnt hit like the old tangy WTG sauce. Seems like the buffalo sauce recipe has changed. To be fair the wings were very good sized and meaty. 50/50 mix of flats and drums.
They have a huge variety of sauce flavors. So maybe we'll branch out sometime. But for destination, best in town buffalo wings, it wont be our spontaineous gotta-have take out any more.

Pretty disappointing, ended up jazzing up the food a lot myself after I tasted it very underwhelming

Food was absolutely terrible the wings I received were old and hard as a rock. I asked them to cook them soft and received brick wings and soggy fries with hard old bacon.

Wings were awesome. I think they forgot to put the sauce on but those things happen. Staff was friendly.

This place is terrible. The wings are decent enough but I just called and placed an order and they tried to charge me 95 dollars for 50 wings because “it’s the Super Bowl”. You’d think they would have a deal on Super Bowl Sunday not a 200% price gouge. I’d like to meet the person who made this preposterous business decision. You must be out of your mind. Despicable.

I cannot say enough great things about the new ownership of this place. He has already bailed me out 2 times with food. 1st with my brother's funeral and now with a comedy show that we thought we had enough food and we were out of food within 15 minutes call wings to go and boom 30 minutes later we have plenty of food for everybody. Thank you again Perry. A plus 2 thumbs up!

New ownership is already outstanding!
Perry just came through for over 100 people at a comedy show. The Elks in West Chester ran out of food 1 hour into a 3 hour evening and Perry delivered food for EVERYONE WITHIN 30 MINUTES. Overly satisfied customers here! Thank you Perry with Wings to Go!

The new owners of Wings to Go have saved the day more then once… I love Sarah and Perry. I’ve never had a bad thing from there… Boneless chicken are always on point!

They have by far the best chicken tenders I have had in my time of remembering what I ate! It was hot, fresh, and worth the price! I will definitely be back!

The staff was very polite and my garlic parmesan wings were ready and still hot when i picked them up

We were super busy at work, so I need to feed about 20 guys, and didn't plan ahead for a lunch solution. Made a last minute call call to Wings to Go and don't you know, they delivered.what a great option and very cost friendly. Now I have a shop full of happy technician and a new go to lunch place. Thanks guys

What happened your food use to be so good
I always ger 12 buffalo wings and 2 orders of onion rings
The wing's were just terrible

Under new management and they all in with packed sandwiches and great service. Super clean store and putting products out with care. Thank you wings to go I look forward to coming back.
