Wingstop, Philadelphia PA

I’m telling everyone now don’t order from here after 11pm they will accept your order and your food will not get made, you will pull up and they say they closed. They supposed to be open until 12am that’s not the case it’s a lie. I guess they didn’t see what happened to the wing stop on 76th street on city ave. SMH

Ordered the six pieces boneless combo. Garlic parmesan flavored and they send mango habanero flavored and forgot my drink that I paid the upgrade fee for. Of course no one will answer the phone and since it was delivered I have to go through the restaurant.

The wingstop on Aramingo is horrible
I've tried to make this neighborhood store work but it's impossible. The staff is AWFUL.
THEY ARE VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS.
THIS STORE NEEDS TO JUST SHUT DOWN.
EITHER SHUT DOWN OR PUT NEWLY TRAINED PEOPLE IN THE STORE.
I WILL COMPLAIN CONSTANTLY UNTIL THERE IS A CHANGE.
AND RECOMMEND PEOPLE Not GO TO THIS PARTICULAR WINGSTOP.

Worst service. No respect. Waited 50 minutes for wings at 11pm. While they had only 2 customers. They workers were just Laughing and making jokes. And only one guys was preparing the orders.

The best wings I ever tasted. When i crave wings and I want the best of the best, Wingstop is the spot

Very slow and the cashier couldn't explain nothing to me about the menu which I think it's kind of odd since you're asking people for choices but you can explain to them what the choices are and a manager was very rude and no help at all

I've only been there a few times but the time that I've gone each time with rate I especially love their lemon pepper wings

They good, just a lil stingy with the sauces/seasoning they use.
But other than that they are good.

The food was great. The staff were a bit slow, but I didn't mind because they were courtesy. Keep up the good work.

The wings here are delicious! I got the Lemon Pepper and Hot Wings w Cheese Fries. Had to wait like 20mins for my order. They were crispy n flavorful. The fries were like no other! Best I've had out of all the places I've eaten! If I had it my way I would ask for less of the seasoning it was a little much IMO

The customer service is bad because the workers think every person picking up an order is a door dash or Grubhub driver and they have no respect for them (They also hate working there & it shows unfortunately). The food on the other hand tastes like it can be purchased from the freezer section. The boneless wings are the worst form of meat here. Also why is the highest heat index of flavor not actually hot and just salty? Habanero? Atomic?

My wings were on point, they gave me slithers/crumbles of fries so I wasn't pleased with that at all, the staff was pleasant and I did not have a long wait. I have a family member that works here and says that they have to through out the whole wings that they receive in their packages.

The business should consider the managers cutting the wings and using them to serve to the customers. It's so many people out here starving and were in a whole pandemic where markets are limiting the quantity of items purchased and this business is throughing good chicken away. DO BETTER!

Unprofesional you make orders and they have them all switched up and then there mean to to clients.

I went in there to talk to the people very nice at this time I didn't need so I can't answer the question about that seem good

Custamer service is so getto workers need to be trained for custamer service and learning the difference between a work place and the streets

Food is okay but nothing compared to what WING STOP should be, SERVICE SO TERRIBLE! I waited 20 mins after my food was “ready” before actually getting it. Then when I called to check on my order twice theY hung up on me twice. Throughout the whole period of me waiting I watched a total of 10 cars come get their food and leave and witnessed a wingstop employee purchase marijuana! This is unacceptable. AND MY FOOD WAS COLD!

So I have now picked up orders from WingStop at least 6 different times and each time there was an issue. From handing me the wrong order and making me feel dumb about it when they were wrong. To telling me it would be five minutes and we waiting outside for 30.to me asking if my order was the bag sitting there and telling me multiple times it wasn't 20 minutes later find out that it was and not once was there an apology or any attempt to make up for their mistake. I would drive to a farther Wingstop before I pick up from there again.

Zero stars! I ordered 2 boneless wing meals they gave me bone in meals, the wings were chewy and not good at all. Never again

I was there at lunch time. We paid a little bit more than the regular chicken wing joints but it's worth it. The place was not packed, service was not ignorant. I'd go back.

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. Have had issues with wing count being off twice in two days. Called & asked to speak to Manager, manager never available. Phone calls are NEVER returned either! Most recent experience I was forced to place an online order because when you call no one is available to take your call & your prompted to leave a msg. What type of fast food business doesnt answer the phone? Anywhom there was a discrepancy with my order & was told that since it was placed online it was nothing that they could do about it, and if I wanted to complain to do it online. I tried calling no answer same prompt to leave a msg. Poor customer service, poor attitudes of workers, & a very poor infrastructure regarding management. This is my final time patronizing this location. Aramingo Avenue Wing Stop Sucks!
