Wings are good but do not shop in this shopping center they tow cars after minutes of being parked. The ring leader is Zitro property management. And towing is done by Eddies towing company. Please be aware!

OK guys was waiting for an exciting chicken eatery to come into town so saying that my son 1st ordered and then I followed I was very impressed very nice staff food always comes on time when delivered And I recommend the garlicpar.boneless wings

I recently moved to this country from the UK and my car tire burst whilst I was driving back late from DC to NJ. I happened to pull in at this Wingstop and the very friendly crew inside helped my change my tire. That's what I call customer service! I also tried to garlic parmasan wings with honey mustard sauce on the side - would definitely get that again. I arrived with a burst tire but left with some great wings and a restored faith in humanity. 10/10 - perfect spot to check out if you have a busted car and/or a hunger for chicken wings.

Ordered online for takeout and the wings were delicious. Especially glad they actually did cook them longer since many places don't even when it's requested.

Service was terrible and managed to mess up the order twice. Food was also not very good compared to other wingstops.

Horrible, this is absolutely garbage! The fries were horrible, the wings were hard, the ranch was runny, no garbage can, the cashier needs to go because she talks low and on top of that she talks with her hand in front of her mouth, if you don’t want to get sick or show your face, WEAR A MASK AND SPEAK HIGHER.took forever to get the food.save your time and money.i don’t not recommended.burger was okay

Wings are average at best. Very expensive for their size and they charge you for sauce who eats dry wings. Why when the sauce be included? Most ridiculous thing I ever heard will not be going back

They have had the best wings since they’ve opened. Every time I’m there the service is excellent, the food is out fast, and most importantly I’m never disappointed.

Disappointed.i order from here on a regular basis but lately they have slacked off.i ordered extra well done louisiana rub wings and got rubbery no flavor plain wings.and it wasnt chesp. I paid $39 for the 30 pc combo pack

As a business, 10 wings for $7.42 is awesome. I am not sure where else you will find that. I always order online and have had zero issues. I ordered once in person and it did take about 30 minutes because it was rather busy. Whatever though. I will wait for the price. I suppose some improvement can always be made.

Ridiculously slow the counter joking about who answers the phone kitchen all slow kitchen barely moving.has orders packed and not calling out names for who orders who.being very unprofessional.

Honestly, I thought about giving this place a second chance. Guess it's not going to happen. Wait time for delivery was so long. We were there as well and waited about 2 hours plus for food both ways that should have been here in 45 minutes. I asked them with the delivery order if i could pick up they said that was fine but since i was going to pick up they refused to give back the delivery charge and tip for delivery. But im picking up how hard is it to just give that back.they stated that would have someone deliver after arguing over the delivery fee. By the time i got the food my fries were soggy, everything was cold, and i was missing an item. I was livid waiting that long and the kids were pretty poed themselves. So its been a couple of months and decided hey its my birthday i really love their food even though it was a mishap once. Nope you are not allowed to order online with debit or credit. So we went else with food order. Since i have this odd feeling they are going to take forever. And suggest every one to take a look at their receipts if you used debit or credit inside/out. Only reason for no debit card/credit is probably because they tried pulling the same thing they did to us and it got disputed. That or poed someone off about a late order

Tried there new chicken sandwiches. They we're pretty good. Got my order 100% right too! Great service!

TRASH TRASH TRASH ️️ Allentown Pa, Liberty St.my first visit and I had to wait over 30 minutes for two 6pcs chicken combo meals and it was only two people in front of me before I place my order. They kept telling me 5 more minutes the cashier did her job respectfully but the rest of that team needs help or better organization skills, come up with a game plan before shift, because they look confused back there "SAD"! Other customers were upset too. First and last visit.

Staff was friendly, good service. Store was really dirty. Only reason I went was to try to the Ranch. Ranch was amazing.

I went to wing stop orders my food and asked for blue cheese not ranch I get home and find out they gave me ranch I’m allergic to ranch dressing so yes I was mad so five visits later they can’t get it rite they keep giving me ranch I went in today ordered and told the cashier twice I don’t want ranch I get home they gave me ranch they play too much and they are not professional at all I will never go back there ever the worst wing stop in the us and the manager did nothing to rectify this problem

Bad cashiers. They are always on their phone not tending to us customers. I always have to ask for my food when it has been sitting ready. They almost always give me something wrong.

Great experience with the food here but their hours are confusing. Have tried to call when it says they are open and nothing, have tried to order on the app when it's open and they didn't let me, oh well. Now i go earlier and it's awesome

Food is great! The only thing they should improve is inside of the restaurant.they need a better kitchen hood! Theres a lot of smoke inside!
