This community is working to change for the better. Every place has its ups and downs just like most it takes time to get things going in the right direction. The roads can only be properly repaired during the warmest months. I'm pretty sure they are repairing the roads that are in the worst shape first We just have to give them time and wait for warmer days. (Update) September 10,2022, many roads throughout the community have been repaired but can't say the same for some of its permanent resident's temperaments. You'll get more bees with honey than vinegar. September 3,2023, the community is starting to thrive the roads have become much safer which is saying a lot coming from past years looking forward to further change from the community and its members keep it up everyone.

It looks as thou the resident from 1270 Park Drive has started driving in the backyard of 320 clubhouse drive, why is this allowed? For the moment he has stopped, but he'll have to leave or start riding around again at some point. To the resident of 320 clubhouse drive shooting in his or her backyard how dare you take the risk of other neighbors' lives? It's obvious you don't care or value any other human being's life all it takes is one bullet to end a life or did you not see what happened to the eight-year-old in Stroudsburg? Stop being a lazy cheap A$$ and go to the gun range with the other gun nuts.
