Wow, this place really did us bad we were with them for years.for everything. Auto, home, business, etc. And while things were crazy for me I didn't realize we missed our payment! My dad was in a hospital 2 hours away waiting for a heart transplant. I was going weekly to see him and also stayed a couple times with my mom there.
It was during this exact time that our bill was mailed to us and I missed it, and they cancelled us! I didn't realize until once my dad was out of the hospital and I was back home.and then it was already cancelled and I just found out! They didn't call or anything. The Same day I found out I made our payment we owed and they said they'd get us reinstated. 3 days later they call and say they won't take us back so we had to sign up with another insurance company! We ended up going with State Farm. After years (15+ years) of loyalty. Every insurance company we spoke to can't believe they wouldn't take us back.
Moral of the story.don't lose track of your insurance payments! Goodness! They don't care how loyal of a customer you are there's no forgiveness. I've heard good things about State Farm, so that's who we are with now! This place is not personable in any way. They don't care. Miss one payment and get cancelled.they drop ya! Beware.

I had to put in a claim on my homeowners insurance. They handled it quickly so I was able to get repairs done.

We have had our insurance with Wise Agency for 50 years and have never had one complaint about their service. Although all of the representatives have been professional, very responsive and helpful with any question or need that we may have at the time, Kerry Snyder has been our rock for most of our interactions there. We moved away from Somerset 13 years ago and he continues to help us via phone calls and emails even when we’re in our second home in Florida for the winter months.
