Steve Clore was the technician. It is the first time in a few years that a full comprehensive inspection and cleaning was done as represented. I have been very frustrated for at least four years because the technician would be there for maybe 20 minutes or a half an hour and I didn't smell or hear cleaning done. Not so this time. There was a cancelled appointment two weeks ago because I was told there wasn't a technician available, but maybe that was a good thing because it may not have been this tech. I am very pleased with the service thus far.

We wanted to rule out an electrical problem in our home. Called and scheduled and was given a 2-6 time block. I was pleasantly surprised when the electrician communicated that he would he there at 2: 15. He was super nice and helpful and ruled out any issues for us.

Dan McCarthy arrived on time, communicated clearly, and conveyed a solid knowledge of the best way to address sewer line repair in our older Delco house.

WM Henderson were great. I discovered my Water Heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Got an appointment first thing and they had my water heater replaced quickly. The techs were knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I am very pleased with their service.

I would use Henderson again in a heart beat. Michael and Ahmed were terrific and I plan to ask for them again the next time I need another big install.

Almost impossible to deal with because every time you call its different people. You get transferred to dispatch and back to sales and back to dispatch. Way too many complications!

Ken did a wonderful job. He knew how best to make the repair so we could use our kitchen once more. He completed the work entirely and in one visit. Highly commend him!

Made an appointment to get my boiler cleaned. The day of, I got a call waking me up on Sunday telling me they'd have to reschedule more than two weeks later with no real explanation as to why. I've cancelled that later appointment.

Chris and Pat spent a long hard day installing a French drain in our basement. Both were seasoned professionals who operated with the highest degree of courtesy and promptness.

They appeared at exactly 8: 00 AM and immediately got to work. What was very impressive was the care that they took in preparing to do what is a very messy job. They carefully set up plastic curtains to contain the dust from jack hammering the floor edge. They were extremely thorough with this, even taking time to plug every space between the floor joists and then doubling the protection by laying plastic over everything behind the plastic curtain. They worked continuously and made it almost all the way through the two day job the first day! Part of the project involved temporarily relocating the water heater. They did this first and fully piped the unit in the temporary location so we had almost no interruption in hot water service. This is messy work and they were very conscious of cleaning up as they went along, so that by the end of day 1, the work site was in great shape.

They only glitch was that the water heater was not operable when they left, but a call to the Henderson hot line had a repair person at our house within 15 minutes and the issue was immediately addressed.

All of these folks are well trained. I would not hesitate to recommend the Henderson team for this kind of work.

Here's my experience with attempting to schedule an appointment for a maintenance tune up for a residential gas boiler.

Sept. 28th: Called to schedule earliest available appointment. Due to the limited number of specialized technicians able to work on my system, I scheduled an appointment at the earliest available date which was Oct. 20th.

Oct. 20th: I received a call in the morning the technician was out sick and unable to show up for the appointment. I rescheduled to the next earliest date possible, Nov. 6th.

Nov. 6th: I received a call in the morning a technician was unable to stop by because of other emergency calls and the next earliest appointment was on Nov. 29th.
