Doug is a great guy to deal with. He is highly informative and takes the time to explain everything about purchasing glasses. He will tell you what you don't need as well as what you do need. I walked out of there knowing more about purchasing glasses than I ever knew since I have been wearing them! I took my 2yr old here to get new glasses for her. We received service that was extremely patient and above and beyond. Mr Wohl was able to order us a variety of frames to try to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He was also able to educate me about her prescription change and verify with her pediatric ophthalmologist that a lense change would be acceptable in order to make her glasses lighter and maximize her comfort. My daughter is so happy with her new glasses that she refuses to take them off.
