Steve resolved what he was able to quickly. One issue I had was due to HIPPA caveats (screen timeout) which was set by the employer and unable to be resolved without their approval.

This place is amazing. The pizza is LOADED with the most amazing melted cheese. Toppings are mixed in the pizza instead of just thrown on top. We're talking honest straight out of Italy pizza. The owners are the sweetest people you'll ever meet.

Wolf Consulting has an excellent business model - one overall fee, and pretty much all of your IT management needs are met. On the whole, their employees are diligent, knowledgeable and friendly. In addition they have some real rock stars in the front line client-contact positions. These guys make submitting a service ticket something pretty close to fun. I'd highly recommend them. My company has been a client for about six months.
