Locked myself out of my apartment. Called Wolf & Kline and two men showed up and opened my door.
The younger man then took my groceries into my apartment. This all happened in about 30 minutes away Great job Wolf and Kline

Took care of clogs in sink and washing machine fabric softener. Just took 3 days of sink stopped up with dirty water for plumber to arrive.

Submitted maintenance request on Sunday and maintenance showed up first thing Monday. Great job everyone!

Thanks to everyone involved with the repair to my shower today. When I called late yesterday about the repair, the gentleman was very pleasant and honestly couldn't guarantee a repair today due to backlogs. I was so gratefully blessed when I got home and noticed a clean & repaired shower. I had put a down payment and I didn't know about the old apartment having lead my son was only 6 months old we didn't feel comfortable renting the apartment he helped us and went up and beyond he didn't have to help but we are extremely grateful! I absolutely love our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It has a very modern look and feel. Repairs are done within a day of reporting them. Everyone has been a delight to work and communicate with. Thank you!
Only con is the paperthin walls. I can hear a microwave humming in another apartment, they are so thin. I get my best night's rest when I wear earplugs.

Extremely rude staff when applying. Expectations for approval are too high. If I could give zero ratings I would. Worst people to try and go through.

I have been renting from W&K for about 3 years now. I recently had an issue with a torn weatherstrip on my front door on that very windy day we had. I called them and the next day I had a new door sweep and they adjusted the striker plate to keep the door tight. That's the service worth mentioning.

I have been renting from Wolf and Kline for a year now. This company has been wonderful. If you have an issue or maintenance problem it is fixed almost immediately. The staff is very professional. My apartment is very nice and has a fair price when compared to other places in the area. What I liked the most is they show you the exact apartment or house you will be renting. Great company. Highly recommended.

Rented a property from them for the past 3.5 years. Very professional and eager to help when i had an issue. Summer of 2018 with all the rain, I got a lot of water in the living room. The problem was fixed and i got new carpeting as well. I would recommend this company to anyone

Update to post 7 months ago! My mother just received a notice her rent is going up $40.00. They just received mulch on landscaping last week and my mom said watch now my rent will go up.and she was right once again! Just received notice today in the mail. Also, if they come out to fix anything they charge you for it!

I was in my townhouse for 1 year and had a great experience with Wolf & Kline. I I never had an issue with them they were great to work with and if you had a problem you just called in and the maintenance person came out to see you. If you are looking for a place to rent from I highly recommend Wolf & Kline. I followed the move out checklist and I received my security deposit back with no issues.

Our place was in amazing condition when we moved in, and was more beautiful than we expected. We have rented from other companies before and Wolf & Kline has been the most fair and accommodating.
