I was referred here by my PCP for birth control. When I arrived, they made me take a pregnancy test which made sense since I was getting birth control (or so I thought). The midwife was running behind and after finally getting to see her, she could not seem less interested. All she did was give me a pamphlet about the birth control, didn't go over anything with me, and sent me on my way. She told me if I was interested I could call the office to set up an appointment. Annoyed that I left work early, had to take a pregnancy test for seemingly no reason, and did not get on birth control which is what I thought was the purpose of the appointment, I asked if I could just set up the appointment while I was there. The receptionist said I had to fill out a form and someone would call me to set up an appointment. Over a week later, I haven't heard anything. I called them with no answer and had to leave a voicemail. I'm so disappointed, it should not be this difficult for a woman to get on birth control.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Should have read the reviews before making an appointment here. Kristina is rude and argumentative and clearly doesn’t like to admit when a mistake is made. I was hung up on by her then when I called back for the manager she was just as rude. All I asked for was a pre with sent to insurance for a prescription and they sent it to the wrong place. Every other department, billing, pharmacy etc had the correct information but not the doctor office. Instead of admitting they had an error somewhere they wanted to argue and make it like they have the correct info and I am mistaken. Even after reading word for word emails from my insurance company that my daughter does in fact have coverage. Horrible excuse for customer service. Neither of these individuals should be in the health care industry.
