Absolutely the worst location or office in USA. Have been trying to schedule an appointment for over a month and I literally call them everyday and wait on the call for almost 25 mins before hanging up and I still haven't been able to talk to a real person.

Patient of 5+ years, however, refused to take me for my current pregnancy saying they are down 3 providers and don’t have enough appointments for the current mid-pregnancy patients they are caring for. Okay - but they provided absolutely zero support with recommendations for a new provider or getting my records transferred. Surprising to experience and hear off other established patients being treated with such disregard. Months later the problem still has not been resolved.

I called here in January to make an appointment and they told me they would call me back at the end of April to schedule an appointment in May or June. They never called back! Don't waste your time!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

I am absolutely fed up with the people here. I have been running in circles with this company for years now and I am finally at my wits end. Today is just one example of many that I have. I called and stayed on hold for 30 mins only to have some of the worst customer service! Not only did I find out through MY PHARMACY that they were not longer approving my prescription but when I called I found out I was supposed to schedule my annual IN JANUARY!

No call, no notification, NOTHING! They just simply cut off my prescription without telling me and then told me I’m the issue for not scheduling an appointment that I didn’t even know about. But to top it off, I couldn’t even get in for 3 months! Along with the lady on the phone telling me I can’t get my prescription for that time period! After expressing my concern with this, She then proceeded to tell me she’ll just “tell the doctor to put it in but if I don’t show up they won’t cover it anymore” After this, she put in the appointment (without even asking who I typically see) and when I went to ask her some follow up questions, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! No “have a nice day” no “goodbye” she just simply hung up the phone. Now I’m left with a million questions and no answers.

After this appointment I will no longer be returning. Please avoid these people at all costs

Don't even bother calling.the phone number is linked to three different locations, called about ten times in one day to wait on hold each time, FINALLY to get through to a person for her to tell me 'we're not making any appointments til June and there's a super long waiting list. ' What does that mean? You mean the first available appointments are in June but you're telling me too bad anyway because I'll have to wait and see if I'm lucky enough for you to call me back and give me the time of day once you make it through the 'super long waiting list' of other people? How many other people I asked, 'like a lot. ' That's really helpful. Read the other reviews-Einstein hire some competent people and also each location should have it's own phone number. What a terrible place

I loved this place because of Danielle Leven and I just found out she left. No notice to the patients. I called for a prescription refill and that’s how I found out. Also never received my reminder card in the mail to make my annual appointment although I fill that card out every time I go. Terrible customer service. Now I have an appointment with some unknown doctor. Fantastic!

I’m really really torn. I have been coming here for years and would love to give a 5 star review. The doctors are always AMAZING here especially Dr. Park. She is the definition of sweet and caring. However the receptionists are really really rude and I truly dread having to call to speak to anyone or scheduling any appointments. I understand customer service is difficult because that’s all I’ve done myself - but when I say “Thank you for your help and have a great day” I shouldn’t be hung up on… There are only two really really sweet receptionists there that usually work Monday or Tuesday afternoon/evening when I go and I wish I knew their names because they’re the only ones who are super nice there. So if you can look past the receptionists I highly recommend this place

I feel bad giving 1 star, as it's not the doctors. The customer service is AWFUL. You are put on hold for 20+ minutes every time, then it usually sounds like someone picks up and hangs up (this has happened to me 3x over the last month). I was told I had a script to get blood taken. I called back to confirm, as I didn't see it in my portal. I was told that they confirmed it and when I went to LabCorp they would have it. LapCorp didn't have it. I had to take off of work for this.
