8My Girlfriend has be having some woman issues so we were told this facility might be a good place to go to so we gave it a shot. Turns out we can here when she was pregnant with our first. During this visit the staff were rude and also wanted to tell us that I was unable to accompany her while she's in the back. Even though we've been here before and I was able to go back with her. Even explained that she has a had time explaining things and talking in general to people and they still were rude and didn't let me back. Never coming back again for sure.
I have never had a problem here. The staff is always friendly, environment and area clean, plenty of room for parking, very knowledgeable doctors, and all in all excellent care! I 1000000/10 recommend the gynecologists here specifically!
Had things come up unexpectedly and had to reschedule my appointment twice and the front desk lady was incredibly rude, asking if they were giving me the wrong days or something. Like really? Just reschedule my appointment I’m already annoyed it’s getting pushed back again! Customer Service is something left to be desired! Really makes me want to cancel my appointment and just find another provider.
Everyone was incredibly kind, the bedside manner was on point, and I felt very well taken care of! I absolutely recommend this center to any woman or person that identifies as a woman in need of services.
Rude nurses, waiting for a appointment for at least 20 mins after, never call in prescriptions, don’t recommend
This place is a complete joke! I have called in 4 times about my issues with the Depo shot! Everytime I get no answers all they wanna do is put me on more birth control! I have been bleeding since September 1 and still it's now October 3.today I called yet again to see what I COULD do if anything The women basically laughed at my situation! She had no idea what I should do
Absolutely horrendous! This is an egregious office. The wait times are horrible and rather than use a billing code to have my insurance cover a visit they used one that benefits the insurance company and tell me I’m responsible for the bill for a visit that is supposed to be covered at a 100%.
