Woodbridge Mews Townhomes, Philadelphia PA

Great place to live but property maintenance could be a lot better. Sometimes it takes a while for them to cut the grass, remove snow, and clean up fallen leaves. Other than that, it's spacious, quiet and a safe community.

P. S. - Luis in maintenance was awesome, it's unfortunate that he's no longer with the company. He fixed things quickly and with ease.

I've seen improvements since my last rzvidw6so I've updated it to 5 stars. If you don't want to see mice, you'll have to seal all holes in your property. We managed to locate a hole where they were getting in at and haven't had a problem since. We like it here, its very large. Safe community

I live here with my mommy and brother! It's nice and has plenty of space for us. I like the big closets where I keep all of my toys.

Overall, this place is nice and I like that we have a private entrance and front lawn. My neighbors are nice for the most part with one or two who could use an attitude adjustment, lol but that's every neighborhood. The townhouses here are very generous in size. The walls are just a little thin, especially since there are studio apartments below each townhome. You can hear everything below you. Thankfully, my very loud neighbor moved out years ago and I never hear my new neighbor.

The problem that existed with the a/c unit in my home has been fixed. My review reflects that. I've been here since 2012 and it's nice. I just want them to offer incentives for tenants who renew their lease (like complimentary carpet cleaning and paint touch-up). My boys and I are happy here for now. The location is great as it's convenient to I-95 and Roosevelt Boulevard. There are literally tons of shopping plazas, movie theaters, eateries, and malls nearby.

Oh my goodness, please add LIGHTS to the parking lot (specifically, towards BUILDING B). It's literally pitch black darkness at night. Please do this for safety purposes and REAL security cameras.

OMGoodness.way too many mice. Yucky, we ran out of here as soon as our lease expired. Rent at your own risk.

Their incompetent maintenance guy came into my home to sand an area that was repaired almost a YEAR ago. He did not completely cover my furniture and as a result I returned home from work to find everything covered in a thick white coating of dust from him sanding the ceiling. I had to wipe off my expensive new glass/mirror coffee table, TV stand, my boys computers and desks, sofa, etc. I sent the property manager, Desiree an email about this along with 4 pictures that showed the dust and here's her response, "I just spoke to the painter and he said he covered everything and even vacuumed your floor when he was done. " I can assure you that this is a lie. I guess the pictures I sent her is not good enough. This happened in the past so I don't expect anything more from them. I won't be here much longer, especially because of the mice problem.

No Beuno, they need an exterminator for the mice problem here at Woodbridge Mews. Lots of insects and mice here and the staff is rude, particularly Hona. She's argumentative with tenants and the other lady Desiree doesn't know how to run her maintenance crew. They will leave your place a mess after repairs. Liss Properties care about one thing only and that's your MONEY.

Too many mice and they are bold. They will run across your kitchen counters and living room floor.
