Very bad service, it was 9 days and they did not clean or bring towels, no toilet paper they have a attitude when we check out only because i was late 15 minutes

They were very rude on the phone this morning because I was curious about something that was not even serious. I will be calling corporate soon. Whoever the two Spanish ladies are at the front desk needs to be fired ASAP!

Staff was friendly and entrances were private, no bugs thankfully. Biggest downside, the hot water heaters are limited so there’s rarely hot water due to the amount of people using the water all at once. Super frustrating. No soundproofing so expect to hear your neighbors yelling at their kids and people making noise in the hallways especially at night. Oh and expect to smell lots of smoke or 420 products throughout this hotel. The kitchenette is great but you have to rent utensils and cookware. Must pay for wifi. Beds are not the comfiest but do the job. Don’t expect fancy if you’re choosing to stay here.

The only good thing about this place is its private. The staff sucks, they're rude, inconsiderate, and lazy. The manager was unstable it seemed. She came in my room kicking boxes I had by the door. Everyday I had to go to get new towels and garbage bags. & they wouldn't help me take the garbage out

I stayed there with a couple of friends 2 years ago, and the staff were so kind and friendly. The service was great as we got to know them. When there was an issue with our first room they tried to fix it, and when that didn't work they went well out of their way to upgrade us, which was so kind of them. I respect the employees that were there and wish them well!

Over priced, no kitchenware, no gym or pool. The bed is mediocre and there are no lamps. This place doesn’t deserve a good review. Also they will make you pay for pots and pans.

Rooms is not bad if you have no neighbors coz soundproofing is sucks. WiFi is super slow even if you buy high speed pack yes you need to buy it but its same speed is regular Wifi. If u stay more than 1 day dont wait when they will offer to change your towels and give you soap and shampoo. You need to ask it on the first floor and dont forget bring your dirty towels or they wont give u new one.

Nice looking waht seems remolded rooms and hotel areas. But room 106 smells like a wet dog and the lack of hot water on a Sunday morning wasn't fun. Staff was nice enough, parking ample location fine. But the wet dog smell. I'd stay again but with air freshener

This is a long-stay motel, with that being said it’s pretty nice considering ppl live there all year long. I think some are nicer than others, but full kitchen in each room. And it’s clean which is always great washer and dryer’s on lobby level (not free) but take cards. Some people look a bit sketchy that hang around outside (I have a friend who lives in a wood spring) but that’s outside never had problems with anyone inside. Hope this was helpful!

The extra fees was horrible! The pet deposit, the extra pet deposit, free internet is not free if you need to do more than check emails (like actually work), and if you want to use the kitchenette you have to "rent" utensils, including silverware. Add to that the people yelling in the halls at midnight, no light blocking curtains, and people sitting in the doorway smoking.

Bugs! I got bites on my lag. This is more like a apartment complex than hotel. Plenty of rif RAF. Bare bones hotel no blow dryer no iron no iron board they have a stove top but no pots and pans no coffee pot in the room.

On January 9,2022 they stole my money with out my permission. The person from front desk was very rude calling me names saying we had to charge my daughter for one night even she canceled the stay. He lied when I called about the cancelation they will never charge for the night on top of this he used my credit card for other transactions. Don’t ever book anything with this thiefs. I still can’t believe how this business is still open, stealing money from credit cards.

Doesnt deserve 1 star. Very rude on the phone, i got turned down a room on a weekend because lady thought I was gonna party.wen all I wanted to do was sleep. But its none of ur business why I want to stay the night. I will never go there again! Ignorant

I really hate to leave even one star for this property. My company travels all across the country and we are in Woodsprings Suites because of the convenience to cook because we are always on the road. The manager at this location Myra Fernandez is awful! She actually harrasses the guest at this location. She let her self into your room unannounced and she checks your room daily looking for extra charges like smoking to charge you with. She prides herself on making 48K a year in extra charges that she places on the guest. She actually brags about it. We always rent multiple room for a month at a time. We will never stay at this property ever again as long as this room stalker works there. Myra Fernandez you might get the extra $250 charge that you brag about but you will never get that multiple room multiple weeks business ever again! You will never have any kind of privacy at this hotel especially if she has any prejudgements about you. We have never received this treatment at any other hotel period! Allentown you have lost a loyal customer! We will go stay somewhere else when in the area even if it's more money! I will never pay for Myra Fernandez 's harassment ever again! I am contacting corporate next!

Hotel is being renovated at the moment. The beds were terrible though. Ended up in a 2 bedroom room with basically double beds that were super hard! Woke up early to leave!

I think it’s a little too spartan for the price.
First of all the entrance looks like a back door, if you need a luggage cart you have to go thru 3 sets of narrow doors that have strong closers and it’s just like no-one intended this to be a hotel entrance. Front desk is not 24h, amenities are almost non existent. Besides the room and and vending machines there’s nothing in here.
There is a laundry room which is huge and one of the best I’ve ever seen in any hotel.
Room was clean and comfortable, not any fancy, but I thought it was nice it had that kitchen nook even though I didn’t use it. Full size fridge.
No daily cleaning, I was checked in to a room on a floor where they were replacing the floors on the hallway. I’m sorry but this should be done on a closed floor, there was a strong smell of glue and on one point I was pretty much cut away from exit when they had to do the work near my door. Staff were nice, my door key card stopped working after first night, so someone didn’t program it correctly.

Well it's an extended stay and if you need something basic it's okay. No lamps in the room, several times no one at the front desk. Mattress is about 12 inches thick, flat pillows. Room was clean but needs updating. Will only give you extra towels if YOU BRING YOUR DIRTY ONES to them. For almost 200 a night I expected a nicer place. Walls are thin, you hear lots at all hours. Around 3 am there were kids laughing and running up and down the second floor (I was on the ground floor). I must say I enjoyed the shower, nice and hot with good water pressure.

Stay away from this place if at all possible. Its horrendous! The front desk girl (evening) obviously hates her job and was so rude to us. The carpet was filthy and when I asked for it to be cleaned, I was told there was no room service at the hotel and I could come get a vacuum if I wanted to clean it myself. For nearly $200 a night, the least we expect is a clean room. I was told I could check out otherwise. We were stunned by her attitude and complete indifference. I spent a half hour vacuuming and scrubbing whatever was on the carpet and walls. It came off and was quite obvious it had never been cleaned prior to our arrival. I have photos to prove. There are no lamps in room, no handcloths, no hairdryers, only full size beds wt 2 pillows per bed, nobody at front desk before 9am. There is a kitchenette but its useless as you have to buy utensils, plates, pots etc if you want to use it. We could not get out of this place fast enough. I feel so bad for anyone who has no choice but to go here.
