Found a roach in my room. And it smelled like sweat and musty. Took over 30 mins to be checked in

Small basic room efficency suite. Room with very small kitchen area. Hassiel is a great managerl Brian is an up and commer. Peace, love, and Rock and Roll! Nice location. Stayed here long term. Rules are in place. Best bang for your buck in the Lehigh valley. Great natural woods location and Monicacy creek!

Do not stay here. Had to stay here for an event near by unfortunately. The shower had a used eyelash set and razor caps from previous guests. There was a cockroach crawling around on the floor which was terrifying. The middle draw of the tv stand was missing. Pubic hairs on the bed sheets. Assuming they dont clean, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Wish I could upload the pictures I took for proof. Disgusting.

Due to an extremely unfortunate situation, I’ve had to stay at the wood springs suites in Bethlehem, however I just want to say because it bothers me a lot seeing all of the negative comments, this is an Extended stay residence if you will, it is not the Hilton or a vacation spot, and in no place does it claim to be l, this place is exactly as advertised, people complain and want the world or to be catered to if that’s what you want then instead of bad mouthing the establishment simply go and stay elsewhere, the clientele as in anywhere will have it’s good and bad it doesn’t matter the location…. However I do want to thank the staff they are wonderful, the GM Asiel is truly amazing, helpful, caring along with Brian they are very courteous and go above and beyond to help, I felt as at home as possible I can’t say enough about how amazing they have been, and at same time they are business and do there jobs and people like to bad mouth because they can’t get away with breaking the rules…. Definitely top notch if you are in a place in your life due to unforeseen circumstances… this place is everything as advertised am honestly the staff feels like family and I’m sad to go for that reason…

I occasionally travel for work and have visited several hotels in the state, and this is by far the worst hotel I've ever spent a night in. Despite having to agree to and sign a strict no-smoking policy, the room and sheets smelled like old, musty smoke. The bedding and atmosphere felt so gross that I genuinely considered sleeping in my car for the night instead. The people upstairs were shouting throughout the night, which is a hit or miss when you stay in a hotel, but sound definitely travels in this place. There were a total of two towels in the bathroom, one of which was already on the floor. If you're planning on an extended stay, I've seen more bathroom and kitchen supplies in express hotels. As far as safety, if I had to spend more than one night, I would have packed up my belongings and left them in my car for the day rather than leave them in the room. This place has a vibe to it and it's not a friendly one. As stated in other reviews, try to plan on not having any emergencies or getting locked out of your room between 10pm and 9am because there is no staff at the desk. The only reason I chose this hotel was because it was closest to where I needed to work in the area, but that was a huge mistake. Unless you need an extended stay, please do yourself a favor and book a different hotel. If this is the closest hotel to where you need to be, choosing a different hotel is worth the extra driving. I failed to consider the negative reviews and I seriously regretted it. I urge you to not make the same mistake. No amount of pre-written apology statements can make up for how bad this place is.

Edit: I forgot to mention the wifi. To put it briefly, they might as well not even offer it. The login page didn't want to accept my name and room number, and when I finally got connected, it was so incredibly slow that I was disappointed I wasted so much time to get connected in the first place. There's an option to pay extra for better wifi though, so that explains why the free wifi is so terrible.

The general manager, Hassle does a great job managing this hotel location. Rooms were clean and hotel is secure and safe.
