Woodstone Country Club and Lodge, Danielsville PA

Had our Christmas party there. The food was awesome, had the porkchop. So did 4 others. It was an Awesome time.

We have been here several times for weddings and Christmas parties, food is always good and the place always looks amazing.

Food is terrible. Their pasta primavera consists of pasta only. No sauce, none. No vegetables. Had to ask for butter to try and eat the plain pasta. For shower vegetarians got only four pieces of lettuce nothing else. They said they had no tomatoes. Meat eaters got tiny portions also.

Large rooms and bathrooms are the only thing this lodge has going for it. The front desk staff are indifferent, and don't even bother to reply when greeted. The continental breakfast was a disappointment. The food was pre-packaged hostess snacks, pop tarts and cereal. Nothing was fresh or hot. The worst part was the 0700 wake-up call courtesy of the jackhammer being used right below our room. The only saving grace was that we were not charged for our entire stay.

Absolutely beautiful. Was there to attend the wedding of a friend's daughter. I don't believe that anyone could have wanted a more beautifully landscaped location for bridal pictures. Everything was perfection. From the 3 piece orchestra, to the double staircase (one side for the bridesmaids, and one side for the groomsmen) meeting with the Bride and Groom in the center. An outdoor balcony area overlooking the golf course greens which included a waterfall (talk about a water hazard). Truly amazing.

My husband and I are so incredibly happy that we had our wedding here! Woodstone is so beautiful and the staff are beyond sweet and helpful. The gardener does an impeccable job and the outside ceremony site is gorgeous. We had mountains in the background, so many flowers blooming, and lots of butterflies flying around the flowers. We also loved that the inside was just as beautiful and that we could easily move inside in case the weather didn't cooperate. The lodge added the perfect ambiance for our cocktail hour and the staff did a fantastic job of ensuring that there were plenty of hors' d oeuvres for our guests. The ballroom was elegant and the doors to the balcony opened up so guests could easily go in and out. We loved the decoration options that Woodstone provided for centerpieces and it greatly reduced stress when planning everything. Tiffanie was our coordinator and she did a phenomenal job! She was very conscientious and always called or emailed back quickly whenever we had questions. She communicated so well, had a great eye for decorating, and made everything so easy for us! We also had the ability to include fireworks and we are so happy that we did! It was an amazing display and we ended up with incredible pictures. Everything came together so well and the day felt so magical and effortless. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful it was and how amazing the food was. We couldn't be happier with how our special day turned out! Thank you so much for an incredible day!

It's a really nice wedding venue. A bit dated, but well kept. Our room was average, but clean. It's the team members that really make the place! Friendly and engaging. From the front desk to the servers. Upbeat! And the food at the reception was also very good! You could cut the filet with a fork! Prepared to medium.perfect! The adjoining golf course is immaculate and picture worthy. A very pleasant experience to share a special event!

Absolutely gorgeous course. Great service and the food at the bar is delicious. Highly recommend!

It was very nice, but some people had to walk up the drive from the second parking lot, including my 75 year old parents and my daughter with a baby and a toddler, the food was good, Caesar salad was awesome. Nice for a group gathering.

Great place, great food, and an awesome view! Would love to visit again for another event! Drinks were slow to come out though. Even just a Pepsi took over 20 minutes.

My husband and I were married on 3/25/2022 at Woodstone and had the most flawless and perfect day. Not only the wedding day but the whole weekend was spectacular thanks to the amazing staff at Woodstone. We got so many complements from our guests on not only how beautiful the venue was but how wonderful the staff was. We did not have to worry about a thing and the day ran itself.

We went through several coordinators during our planning process before we got Tiffany. But boy did we luck out! Tiffany was so kind, always prepared and went above the call of duty multiple times. She made the final decisions and little details a breeze! The day of our wedding, she helped ensure our day flowed smoothly and that we always had what we needed.

Tiffany helped ensure our rehearsal was easy and efficient and when we went to dinner, I was once again blow away by the beauty of the Emerald room. Dinner was delicious and one of the best decisions we made to do everything right at the venue. We were able to enjoy our family and bridal party while everything else was taken care of.

The day of the wedding, we did not need to want or ask for anything. Our mater’d (I wish I remembered her name!) was always 10 steps ahead of us, always anticipating what was going to be next or what we may need. I truly had the most relaxing and enjoyable day.

The staff at the lodge was so accommodating to all of our guests and were always willing to make a change to room assignments during the planning/booking process. Everyone loved their room and the fun themes.

My final thought is that the little details matter. My husband and I always had a drink in our hand, were fed first, had all of our important items placed in our room after the ceremony/reception, left over cake wrapped up for us, and 2 additional dinners placed in our room fridge. What was the most special however, was the care put into the day and the congratulatory note signed by all of the staff. Woodstone truly care about their clients and it shines through in all they do.
