Woodward Properties, Secane PA

I have one of the best experience at Bridgeport Suites ever since I have moved to USA. The building parking and surrounding areas are neat and clean and very well maintained. The promptness of Justin and his team for maintenance and work order’s processing is mind blowing. The tip of the iceberg is that it is quiet and peaceful here and no one bothers anyone. I don’t think I would have been anywhere else in the area for this price for a studio apartment. My experience so far is marvelous and I would encourage people looking for a studio apartment to definitely visit this place.

Justin, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful. I am handicapped and he helps me as much as he can. Mike the maintenance guy is always there when I need him. Great place to live!

Living at the Bridgeport Suites so far has been a great experience for me. Justin the property manager is always making sure things are getting done and making Bridgeport Suites a better place to live. He recently put lights outside to have better lighting at night. I’ve been living at the Bridgeport Suites since July, this experience has been a pleasure. Everyone stays to theirs self, it’s peaceful and quiet and it’s located in a beneficial area. Justin is always polite and greets me every time he sees me. When we put a work order in, they gets right to it. I catch him working very hard to get these repairs done! Thank you for your hard work Justin.

I live in the Bridgeport Suites in Bridgeport PA and my experience has been nothing but great since moving in the middle of May this year. Property Management is very friendly, punctual and helpful in all aspects. As for the property itself it’s hidden away which is nice, it’s very quiet and the residents are all friendly. Accessibility is great, as the Norristown transportation center is a quick 5 minute walk away. Very much love my place and hope to be here for a few years.

My family of 3 live in Clifton Heights on Oak Avenue Woodward Properties. They have a problem with mice and roaches. The roaches is the kicker for me. We've never had roaches before. They came to exterminate twice and they'll go away for some days and come right back. Don't move here if you are thinking about it. This is a true review and I have no reason to lie. It's okay for someone who doesn't gaf but I care and this isn't the home I was advertised at all.only here because I have to be.

Not a bad thing to say. Show up promptly and do the best to make sure needs are met. Justin is very good as his job!

Bridgeport Suites is sunny, affordable, quiet, and pet friendly. The location of is great (train station a block away, tons of walking/biking/hiking trails nearby, 5 min drive to KOP, 30 min to Philly). Everyone is quick to respond and helpful!

I’ve lived in Edgehill Court for 2 years, and am on my third. I have had a very positive experience! My unit is a spacious studio, and it’s beautiful. The built-in bookshelves and closet are my favorite features. My neighbors are quiet and friendly, and I’ve always felt totally safe in the area. Parking is plentiful, and acquiring a permit from the township is inexpensive and easy.

Of course, living in an older building comes with its downsides, but any time I have a maintenance issue—from my windows no longer locking to part of my bathroom ceiling caving from old water damages—the team at Woodward has been extremely responsive and fair, giving me a discount on rent for the month of the cave in. The way that utilities are managed is a bit confusing, and PECO, which supplies electric to individual units, is nightmarish to deal with.

Justin, the property manager of Edgehill, is a star. He always answers his phone, can often be seen on-site, and goes out of his way to make sure his residents are taken care of. For instance, he offers to take in my mail and packages and check in my unit when I’m out of town for more than a few days.

I really do enjoy living here! I’ll be sad to leave, whenever that will be.

They are literally the worst! Didn’t even get my security deposit back! The workers doesn’t care about anything but the getting the rent! I will never deal with them again! There’s so much more to say about them on the negative side! Deal with them at your own risk!

I lived at the Ambassador Terrace in Upper Darby, which is one of their properties, from September of 1999 until late 2019.

I lived on the top floor, and my apartment had an excellent view of the Center City skyline and Upper Darby on the State Road side of the building. I had a nice modern kitchen and bathroom, plus a walk-in closet and living space as well. Most of the staff there was nice, and the maintenance staff responded to my needs in a timely manner.

However, for about six or seven years, I had a very severe roach problem. No matter hard I tried getting rid of them, they still kept on coming in. Just a few months before I had to move out, they put something in there, and then all of a sudden, the roaches stopped coming in. I don't know what they did, but it sure stopped the roaches from coming in.

Unfortunately, because of my limited mobility and safety issues due to developing an extremely painful arthritic left leg, I had to move out when I was admitted to the St. Francis Center For Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Darby in December of 2019 for further medical treatment and therapy, after a 16-day stay at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital. They were very kind enough to let me out of my lease; which was to have expired on July 31,2020

They are renovating the building and the units at Bridgeport Suites. Management and maintenance are awesome people. Willing to listen and help in any way possible. Thank you.

Usually they are good in responding to maintenance requests but all are temporary fixes which makes you to raise same request again and again. Mice, roaches and bugs are in almost all apartment

They are the worst lying people ever do not move in these properties. Between my water and sewer bill I'm paying $90 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment

Lived in this apartment complex but started to go downhill. Lots of issues like rats in the apartment and leaks that were not fixed. Prices on washers and dryers went up. Staff are not nice at all and unemphatic. When I went to move out, management told me I had to pay four months of rent then I could move out. I had to pay $4,000 just to move out! I had no money to get another apartment because all my money went to Woodward Properties so I had no choice but to stay with a relative until I save up more money.
