The girls that work the front desk was very disrespectful and very rude i will never go back to worknet very Unprofessional!

Over an hour wait past my appointment time. Why is a medical facility in a rusty industrial park

Receptionist was rude. Doctor told me I didn’t need an appointment for something small. I went to the office and the receptionist Got a attitude that I didn’t have a appointment and turned her back and said things under her breathe that I guess I wasn’t supposed to hear. Lack of seating. I had over a 2 hour wait time so I left and came back the following the day when I had my morning appointment and the receptionist made a snarky comment to me and continued to ask “are you actually staying this time” after turning her back and saying things again. Receptionist has a attitude and is snarky. I definitely wouldn’t come here

This is the worst! Don’t use this location if you have any other location you could possible use!

Went here for physical/drug test for a potential job. Had an appointment for noon, after 35 mins I asked if they were behind, the receptionist said " why would you ask that? ". I had to spell it out.my appt was for noon and it's now past 12: 30, she looked at me like I was crazy. Here is a suggestion, " yes, we are a bit behind, sorry for the inconvenience" You have to acknowledge when there is a problem! Lol. I guess this is normal there. The Dr was very nice and personable and I bet if people had to just deal with him they would get much more stars but the office staff and appt time issues are going to continue to drag them down.

The group of people working here are worst than the trump administration. Their service is worse than the check cashing office. The attitude, lack of awareness and body language shows that having credentials and degrees does not make you a great customer service representative. I don’t care about the wait time, their incompetence will make me wait to call the fire department if they was on fire.

I really like Dr Dominic. He really listened to me, and explained in detail what I should do next. Downside, very long wait, and very busy office.

Closed early for the day, didn't give a courtesy call to let me know. I just drove in the snow storm to get to your location just to find out your closed. Is it incompetence, laziness, or are all you people that stupid?
