8The WORST treatment I’ve ever experienced. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Dr Douazen was EXTREMELY rude. He was completely unprofessional even using profanity. I recommend to NEVER see that doctor he should not be treating other people he was COMPLETELY unprofessional. He basically labeled me and didn’t even hear me out on my concerns. He was just horrifically rude and walked out on me as I was trying to speak. I hope he’s done practicing medicine because no patient should ever have to go through that treatment or embarrassment. If you do go there AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. If I was in need of medical care and Dr Douazen was the only doctor available I would go out of my way not to get seen by him or just simply take the pain instead of seeing that rude sorry excuse for a doctor.
Caring, knowledgeable, and kind staff! Walk-in service means wait times can be tough, but that wasn’t my experience.
First time there and they take very long to call you I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless u like to wait a long time
Went for a drug screening for pre-employment
Professional and nice. Explained all procedures. No issues. Waited for 20 minutes! (I suggest not going at the beginning of the day like right when they open or at the end of the day when people get off of work.)
Had an appointment scheduled was there 20min early, was on a phone call with my child’s doctor when they called me back, woman said she could do my blood pressure while I was on the phone and sat me back in the waiting room even tho I then hung up, sat back in waiting room for 30 minutes smh ️

It was the worse place I've ever been. Way to long to wait to get checked. Doctor is rude. I was very uncomfortable. Not many seats for people. You are on top of each other. I'm at a loss for words. I can't believe my job sent me here. I'm very disappointed with the person who picked this place for us to go when we are hurt.
