Staff is like sour patch kids some are friendly some are sour and yeah that’s it.

Had an excellent experience. Easily the best service I have ever experienced at any medical check up for my job. The staff was very kind and exceedingly knowledgeable. Don’t pay any attention to the other reviews, they don’t really know what they speak of or how these facilities work. Thanks for making this usually annoying process so enjoyable!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER-On January 23,2019 I was sent by my company to Workplace Health for a return to work physical. After having to send my urine test out on Jan 23 I did not receive results until February 5,2019 causing me to lose almost 3 weeks pay. My human resource told me she had called 3 times inquiring about results. NOBODY I know has ever heard of a test ever taking this long. Why would someone not check on the results. I already was experiencing hardship after my disability benefits were terminated previously. I requested a copy of the results from my company and on the copy I received it has that the my NEGATIVE results were sent on February 24 2019 the very next day? According to my union contract my company should pay me but they refuse to because they said it was an error on the part of Workplace health. My Human Resource said when she finally got results on February 5,2019 that it was told to her that other companies also were having problems that emails were going into spam and junk files. I even went to Workplace health and tried to find out and I am getting a different story than the companies. Now I was told I m responsible for my health benefits so I need to get to the bottom of this awful situation

Went for a dot physical they were very friendly and efficient.

The staff is friendly and Dr. Hoffman is very compassionate, knowledgeable and accomodating.

I get my Dot physical here, this will be my 3rd time. Everyone is friendly

Well we all know what this place is for. So be prepared to have a not so pleasant visit. Staff is very grumpy and unfriendly. Just trying to get a job and they assume everybody's on drugs.
