Came 30 mins before my appointment. Took about 2.5 hours to get unloaded and paper work. Bring cash or geeen comdata check for lumper fee. They don’t take the codes. Cash or check only.

Good place to make deliveries, they unloaded me quickly and the people who attend are very friendly.

Terrible place to deliver, slow unloading. Not super tight but smaller lot. Expect a lot of inexperienced drivers coming in and out. You will probably have to get out of your truck at some point to make sure it doesn’t get smashed. No overnight parking but you wouldn’t wanna stay here long anyways.

My 4th time here, and every single time has been a headache. Never has the appointment time given to me by the broker been correct here in their system. At first I thought it was the broker, but every time tells me it’s something on this end. This last time I ended up having to sit 4.5 days while they sorted out the delivery. Ridiculous. Also, they say you can’t arrive more than 30 minutes before your appointment, but it takes 45+ minutes to get through the gate and up to the window. So even though I arrived 15 minutes early, the paperwork shows I was 30 minutes “late”… The staff don’t seem to move with any sense of purpose. Languid would be the best description.

No overnight parking! Can't check in more than 30 minutes before your appt. Once you get in the gate then park then check in at receiving and wait in a long azz line then they tell you to wait on a call for a door then you get a door then back in and wait til the 2nd green light and then park then wait on a call for your lumper fee and then pay then wait some more on your paperwork. Plan on being here 5-6 hours. Oh and check your trailer. I had a double stack load and the unloader put fork lift holes through the front wall of my trailer. I didn't find out till I got loaded at my next load and then it was too late to claim.

Sitting here for 7 hours.unloading was within 2 hours but waiting for paperwork 5 hours and counting.facility needs new management and replace employees who keep yapping in office but dont call for paperwork.i see many truck done and their paperwork waiting to be picked up because no one is calling.

The only huge fail that this place has is Management. Loved working here, loved the employees and will surely miss them but one thing I REALLY won't miss is the awful Management. They NEED to clean the house from Top to Bottom. They even brought a DC Manager Donald S.that was fired from another DC for incompetent. Inf provided by his own boss. Company always want to screw the little people to cover themselves. With them is a passing the hot potato.

Again staff is AMAZING, Management is Hell on Earth.

Don't ever come here.hours of waiting time.
I had appointment at 12 pm. They won't let you before an half hour of your appointment.
Then you have to wait for call to get to the door number. It will take around 2 3 hours.
I got door at 233pm while appointment was at 12pm. Now time is 320 pm still they don't start unloading.
Pls avoid this place. Don't ever come here.

Worst company.poor people had this company coz they don't have enough money for onloading their items.

My experience for driven. Appointment 7am arrived 6.40am out 7.47 am. No overnight parking!

The woman’s on the gate are the worsts guards what I seen never, rude, disrespectful, is unacceptable how they treat the drivers, I hope don’t be here never, everything just because the appointment is at 6 and we were there early more than 10 hours, ok if we can’t wait there just can let us know but this woman omg I hope don’t have kids

They have enough parking lot for drivers who got earlier their appointments, but they don't let trucks stay on parking lot in front of the gate and that sucks, because there is no truck stops in this area.

Been here a few times, not horrible. Plenty of room just follow their rules. Bring cash for lumpers or have the green checks no exceptions. No parking close by unless you wanna stay in the middle of the road outside the yard.

Better than 3 hours to unload a full truck load with only two different items on.
Certainly not a speedy as they really should be
